Digging the new channel. Love that you guys decided to split up the business of design stuff from the creative part of it. I love both, but it makes a ton of sense to seperate the two.
I wish I could share just how much The Futur has helped me as a Business Owner and a Designer. Thank you for existing lol like legit, consideringmy first job my employer told my entire team I'm not really drained, to owning my own start up and having clients WANT to work with me.
Thank you for creating content that delves into ideation, concerting, and the technical side of design. That kind of content doesn’t exist at the level Matthew functions at. I love this so much. Thank you for making this.
Matthew, you nailed this conceptualization result. Love seeing and hearing how you arrived to your final idea. This is a great platform for more content like this. THANKS DUDE!!
Thank you very much for this channel, I love the main channel but I'm just starting to build my design skills and even when the other channel is great and I have learned a lot, it can be distracting and overwhelming at times because is way more advanced from where I'm at my future (It was not intentional but I'm glad it happened) career and I feel that I can lose my main focus at the moment, that is learn and practice my craft so I can actually make profit from it. But at the same time your content is addictive T.T So now I can come here and have my dosis of The Futur and keep my main focus :D
Thank you, Matthew, for this enlightening quick tutorial on something that I want to pursue! You did a terrific job taking us through the steps to create this photo graphics collage--telling us which tools to use (and why!). This was very very helpful. I will look at other work for inspiration, but YOUR tutorial explains the how to and why, which I think is very important in learning how to conceptualize the final art piece, so thank you! More like this, please!
I love the advice on labeling and layers! I've always struggled remembering how to apply the effect onto on one layer. / The small elements certainly adds up into a well put together comp. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to much more!
I am a totally cut paper and paste artist but I still enjoy watching Photoshop vicariously. Particularly the discussion of values and texture so it's a good brain exercise for me. Thanks! Also I tend to work abstractly so discussion about image content is also helpful for me!
Great video. I started doing collages this year. I use collage design as a great warm up before getting started on bigger projects to get the creative flow moving. I also find it very therapeutic when I’m stressed out.
When I Clicked at the Video I expectet Matthew showing how to do the guy pushing the Wall, but no. The positive thing is, that he shared the information about what he did when he was in college - I think I will try this out soon! So Thank You!
Really great video to get ideas from non the less learn about. I’ve started to feel more and more intrigued about collage art, I might get into it 🙏🏽🔥✨
The best channel for learning graphic design. The futur is a treasure. You guys are the best. True example of giving back to the community. I pray for y'all success. ❤️
Please also give us tasks in the end related to the video content. I know practicing by own is good thing, but when somebody give task, it feels like pressure or a push to do the work. and i think its a good practice. Last thing is , love yours and yours team effort, making these contents and giving motivation young one like me. A BIG THANKYOU (:
Well done! I love collage style edits and your video was an inspiration. Would do illustrative type work but due to a neurological disability my drawing is very rough.
Its ALT button. Other method: you need to right click top layer and press "Create clipping mask". If you asking about putting texture on a head, you need to choose "Screen" mode in layer panel on the left of "Opacity" option.
@@MatthewEncina I'm talking about video recording setting in camera. It can happen if sequence setting were wrong some times but what i am talking about was the camera problem.
wow great idea sir love from Pakistan sir I have a question when I create a post or anything while the written text is blurring I mean pixelate judge edges how to fix it how to deal with it
Hi, Great video, with very good explanations and beautiful result! Thanks! I have some questions regarding the photos you use. Do you buy them or just take them from Internet? Is it allowed to use other people's photos in collages without their OK? Even if you buy photos is it allowed to modify them ? I would also like to make collages but don't know what the law says when it comes to using and modifying other people's photos to use them in collages. Looking very much forward to your reply.
Being more familiar with illustrator I am curious about two things here. How did you so seamlessly mask the photo to the smart object? It almost seemed like one right click in the layers panel but I could not catch it. How did you cut the key out so easily?
To have someone as talented and experienced as Matthew share gems like this is gold. Definitely more of these. Thanks Matthew
Mathew!!! Idk why but I connect with your videos on a different level. You’re awesome!

But
One thing i notice the Bad Shutter on your camera i think.
@@MatthewEncina is shutter speed/frame of your camera was right when you shooting?
I feel jittery video thats why I'm asking.
