On my behemoth mastery, after farming a bunch of wings with randoms the first few days after the Chronovore was released, I checked my behemoth mastery and it said I killed it solo without taking any damage even though I've never killed it solo??? Phoenix Labs please fix your game. I've never sent a report about it though because I don't think anyone can legitimately pull that off due to how buggy its hitbox is and how many times it can hit you without attacking. Your best bet would probably be killing it with the weeping hours and having cascade +6 in your loadout just for the radiant shields.

It'll down you when it's not attacking and you dodge some attacks where it definitely should've hit you. This beast is one buggy radiant pile of..yikes.

thats virulent imapct, an amp u find in shock escalation and can be unlocked in terra escalation from the tree .. most broken amp in the game so far cuz it does tons of dmg, also rare to get.
Phoenix Labs needs to stop and think before they throw this BS content at us players and remember that the only reason players like you, Dough that are able to pull these stunts off in the first place is because you are skilled, were lucky, and had the right equipment. You literally need all 3 to pull these stunts 1 shotting keystones. Phoenix Labs is acting like the average player is able to do this all the time and want to nerf everything. They don't take into consideration that this affects all players, not just the ones making Dauntless world records out there. I personally have 2 separate Dauntless accounts, 1 I made before reforged and the other right after the Urska update. It's now much harder to start off doing anything than before and things are only made comfortable fighting when you have end game gear. It's literal hell starting off a Dauntless account even if you make smart decisions on loadouts and can dodge. It's not the buffs and equipment that needs changing, it's these crazy modifiers that need changing as well as these weird behemoth hitboxes/ behemoth AI. Flame reza has both aimbot flame lazers and repetitive AI, and deadeye porky can hit you from across the map. Both regular and winterthorn Skraev have this stupid AI where sometimes they spin in circles and it's hard to break anything, or they straight up freeze/ bug out in place. That has been needing to be fixed for as long as the winterthorn has been a dick. Then there's shadow drask which deals damage before its body even touches you. Valomyr has and always will be garbage. And possibly the worst, this new BS behemoth they call the radiant keystone behemoth, is nearly impossible to interrupt (without Urska ability), has a fucked up hitbox, and its stagger/ interrupt animation time is too short to break anything if you don't have a maxed account with a powersurged Thrax or Koshai weapon. I've killed these behemoths many times to conclude this and they're so bad I actively avoid these in the hunting grounds (unless I'm with people) The only reason I will probably never do Dauntless trials is because there's nothing to offer for all this hard work but cosmetics, and these nonsensical modifiers are keeping it that way. I only do regular trials because the steel marks earned offer useful specials, well at least half of them are actually useful but still. Phoenix Labs is putting in all this useless crap thinking it'll keep us entertained while ignoring what people are actually complaining about and I hate it.

Even on reddit, whoever complains about anything being too grindy or unbalanced, there's always at least one clown who will say something like: "Oh really? It doesn't seem really grindy for me, i think it is perfectly fine to spend 4 hours to power surge one weapon" and things like that. Like think about new players, i have to farm 4 aetherhearths just to powersurge armor and until that im stuck with 10 resistance armor. Just because u have 20 or so aetherhearts stacked that doesn't mean it shouldn't be less grindy for others...
Personally I don't find hunger worth running. The extra 20% damage isn't worth the special eating you alive (even with extra lifesteal) since most behemoths in my experience end up dying while I have most of a meter left (maybe just don't run energized I suppose?) And I usually use special against behemoths with most of their life left (half to 3/4 remaining) hoping I run out before the behemoth dies. Not sure about tragic echoes as I haven't used it in a long time since getting 1 clone during a hunting ground or escalation isn't worth it and the clone also is not useful with omnicells. You lose discipline stacks when you die and bastion is all about stacking shields to spend, you can't build nearly enough shields in the short clone timer to make the double damage really worth it in my mind
Build do no change that much between weapons even if its an exotic. if you run discipline, 6 cunning, op, rage, berzerk 3 evasive, assassins, 3 rage hunter (from weapon) and w/e utility you want. using iceborn, 6 op, rage, berzerk, pulse, 3 evasive, assassins, rage hunter, w/e utility. The only difference between this and a meta build is you are using rage instead of predator (which btw if you are good enough to use pred you can use it on the hunger as the ability does NOT take away predator but does trigger rage) If you want to know how to build literally any weapon, stack dmg, some attack speed, w/e utilty, profit. The issue is player skill, if they are not able to play well then they have to drop dmg for survivability like tough and para.

I use the both Crit Cells as well but for damage i go for +100 Stamina and +6Adrenaline since this 2 Cells gives me 63% Damage on demand. I wanted to combine it with +6Tenacious BUT i dont know how this mechanic works exactly, does this cell gives you allways a buff based on your Max health or do you get less damage when you take HP-damage ? Because im not that dodge skilled yet so i try to avoid "Predator-cell" since i wont have this buff on demand so often.
Oof. I think I may have to be done watching Dough for a while. Each video seems to be half content, half wholesale complaints about the game he's a spokesperson for. It leaves a really bitter taste in my mouth to support him while he's constantly ragging on Phoenix Labs, to the point where he's having to give an apology at the beginning of his video because the effort it would take to selectively edit out the salt is too much to justify. Dough: I hope you either start enjoying the game more, or leave to play something you'll love. Your content is bringing me down, though.
