I still get a chuckle from the size of Thrax. On the launch art for Umbral Esca he was this huge behemoth who was going to gobble up reality as we know it, but in game he is this tiny slithery boy who got dunked on first week of Ubral esca launch. Thraz is still one of my favorite keystone behemoths (would be my favorite if it wasn't for the added goo puddles they added, and the removal of his aether mode interrupt).
I thought that it was so random they removed the interrupt, but maybe it was causing problems or sometihng. i remember thrax used to bug through the world sometimes.

Do you have or can you make any builds that can help new players beat escalations to farm the bosses and work towards these OP builds. Seems like RealAsianRobot is the ONLY creator that has NON-legendary builds for players just starting the game that help work towards ACTUALLY getting the weapons & gear needed for all these builds I’ve been seeing lately.
Should i try to get a thrax axe,pistol or chains? The only 2 weapon i've ever used are sword and spear,i started playing 6 days ago but already have malkarion's and Hurska's Spear and i dont know which one to get next ,i think chains or pistols are better for me but im not sure ,i almost can craft One of thrax
Fun fact: other than obviously gnasher and embermane riftstalker was the first boss i soloed also did it with a gun. I know im nobody but just wanted to put that here cause its crazy to think about that was like 3-5 years ago. 1:15
I think thats cool Tony, you'd be surprised how little people attempt to solo anything in games like this. Riftstalker being the first... you chose a tough opponent first
@@RevvyVtuber well it was because my whole team died cause it was in the time where there was only one behemoth and u get a team so I had to solo cuz they suck and they died in the first like min or two lol
Pangar got slightly nerfed and Boreus Axe got massively buffed. I would recommend using Frostwulf Axe a lot more than either of them, but if you don't have Frostwulf weapons upgraded then I'd recommend trying Boreus
@@ThePikeOfDestiny for casual i prefer to play pangar, while the long cooldown sucks i really pike how hard the pangar bomb hits, and I have messed with the boreus axe and can confirm it hits hard
@@Yort_The_Dragon being able to start a fight with a massive burst of wound damage is immensely helpful. Warpike's Pangar bomb's are definitely the best because of that. Axe's not so much though, especially since Axe already has amazing burst damage to start the fight off with in the form of the throw
okay but rev, you have skarn lantern so why didnt you use it when you were grabbed? even if you killed it with the lantern its still another chance at the drop isnt it? rather than no leg and no kill
The answer isnt super exciting. When im recording, im not monitoring my resources all the time, especially if im talking. I should be using discipline way more as well in general, i just forget. Talking eats up a lot of my brain power :p
You've been playing axe a lot, I got a question. I see you charging up the first part of the combo, is it worth charging up anything else in that combo?
You can only charge the 1st and 3rd attacks and theyre pretty much always worth charging unless it means you wont finish the combo (cause the behemoth is running away or attacking you or something.) Thats to my knowledge, and I definitely dont know everything about this game.

Is it worth running koshai lantern with this build? For dealing w the -50% healing from discipline, youd still be getting shield from the geysers no?

I really love thrax, their are oarts of its animations where it mimic some behemoths and it also laughs which gives it so much personally

wanna know somthing funny so i keep killing thrax and i got 15 sinster claws and in the end i think i had 17 epic drops so i got really lucky

Yes, the bomb still hits incredibly hard, only down side is the like 90 second cooldown
