The way urska dies is terrifying if you think about it, as if its ice magic betrays urska for getting defeated traps it in ice and choking it until it dies.
It's unnerving because from another way around, it's using black ice magic (aka voodo ice magic) starts feeding on urska's soul because it failed killing the slayer. pretty tragic imo
Great vid like usual Dough! Honestly I hadn't played Dauntless in a few months because it felt stale again. I just got back and tbh i felt super stoked by the fact that I longer had iceborne. I actually felt in danger and like every move mattered. Something i haven't felt in forever.
Dauntless is making some good changes in that regard. They have a mini roadmap and the changes coming in the next month alone are dope

The worst part of Escalation is getting a Squad (at least a good one, I guess that's why they'll had Escalation Patrols).
But the worst part of Frost Escalation is the Frostbite reductor "break a part": I mean, the health per part is insane, not to mention behemoth is always spinning to avoid hetting hit... Super annoying, specially if Urska gets it!

Idk why but I always thought that the escalations would take like 50 minutes and you fight 50 behemoths I'm happy that this isn't the case after watching this love the video

So you see in dauntless there's these things called armor and this armor has slots for something known as cells you then choose your weapon weapons also have slots for cells you put cells in your weapons and armor and Bing bang boom you made your own build also omnicells which give you bonus perks and sometimes unperks but the unperks are worth it if you can use the omnicell properly
at 00:28 how do you get the thing that is next to weapons?
How am I so into this franchise to the point I know what each behemoth looks like from far away even without my glasses

I mean your run was almost with full health 24/7 and when you get hit you die anyway so it doesn't really matter if you used it what do you think?
If ur getting slapped and have not alot of health all the time and stagger like a beast I'd imagine +6 Over power
My problem with this eecalation is break parts….this thing dies before even 1 part drop
True break parts are always difficult especially the chronowhore
@@christhechrischris9226 If ur talking about the Temporal Fins(Wing break), don't aim for the actual wing, aim for the tip of the wing. Any other part of the wing counts as Core damage, not part damage, that is solely the wing tip. Well, It works for me anyways.

I swear in one game i got 12 paws,i think i got X2 two or three times so 4+4+2+2 or 4+4+4 which Is crazy still i literally got every paws i needed in just one game
Hey OhDough. Now that you've completed all the Hescas, which one was the hardest for you?
For me, it was terra, the behemoths you get in terrible twos are horrid, (kharbak, screav, embermane.) And when I finally made it to argus, I coudn't do enough damage to it during it's aethercharge phase because they decided to put a bullet hell phase in dauntless. More dodging than attacking.
Argus literally athercharged and healed 6 times. I only died once to it but still ran the meter to danger because of how long it took.

i got fucked up on my second try in 4th round by Deepfrost Embermane and Storm claw i thought two different gnashers are crazy combo but this shit i had no idea what to do first and when Strom claw started doing hes electric fence it was over for me

You mean the anime punch teleport? It resets when using certain abilities at the very least the one combo hold and probably also the tempest. I'm pretty sure the 3 combo hold does not give you the dash back but I use the clap 👏 so the beam might be different

Why do you choose cunning +6 over puls +6?
Why wouldn’t he he’s using discipline which makes you have more crit chance so pulse would be useless second of all cunning gives more crit damage and if your suggesting he’s using 3 cunning and pulse +6 cunning does nothing if not 6+

Probably cyclonic strikeplate, its the only viable modifier imo

Well there's these things called cells that give boosts and these other things called omnicells which can also give boosts also he has his esca maxed out and likely has all the passives his reforge is also maxed out.

All the hellion weapons are good. Rift is better on ax tho. Hellion, Riftstalker, Pangar, Kharabak, Drask and Valo are pretty much the best weapon of their element.
Hellion weapons are great but not the best on axe.
@@badbilly7499 not really, Hellion and rift stalker are the best in their element, but the rest varies depending on the weapon you're using,example: reza is better on axe and hammer especially if you're going crits also boreus/storm claw are better than pangar/drask on sword and I'm not sure about this one but i think boreus + momentum blades is better on chainblades.

How come ppl don't use the armor thts the same element as the behemoth??. Like Dough here using radiant and umbral against a frost behemoth?
Well if you want some trash perk economy, go for it. There is for sure some good frost pieces, but your armor should be more focused on getting good cells perks thingies

As long as he's not using too many fire element armor he's fine but it doesn't matter that much if you're just not using frost armor he just wanted to get the cells he needed for the build.

Thats called planar voyage. Sends you to the umbral void and each orb you get, you either get more attack speed and damage. I forgot what it gives you.

im just gonna play this with tough, parasitic and iceborn with ''Never bothered me'' from the esca talent points with cuning and the crit pilon from frost esca the frostbite shouldn't be a problem even when it never goes down less then 50% still another 15% damage reduction i might as well bring hammer with Ironheart landbreaker for ultimate tank build i never even bought that mod there was no use for it xD , fuck the speed runing i would have made it with full damage build on my first try in like 11 minutes but weird things happend on urska, 3 tries is my limit if i cant do it i just wont play it, i am patient man but i played this game for far too long to be failing to some glitchy moves and weird hitboxes

But this time around modifiers have been a pain so yeah now i notice 🤣 everytime I watch Dough I'm like dang he's always facing issues in the game 🤣
