The CrystalSky monitor has a HDMI video output setting. Can that be used for the 'signal feed' for the goggles? It may also enable goggle and monitor to be used at the same time.
You can enable dual HDMI output in the DJI app in the "HD" settings by click on the "HD" between the Remote icon and the batter icon on the main DJI GO screen. Once there, scroll down and activate "Simultaneous image output to app and HDMI" and "Display OSD on HDMI output" should clear up alot of what you are trying to do
Thank you for the follow-up. Came across a set of these goggles for a good price and now I feel confident in getting them. Saving up for a Mavic Pro now :)
I think you are right on the phone connection and the lifting of the range restriction. I was limited to 30m then connected phone and tried again and the limit was gone.
Not specific to the Air, but the Spark- I was having issues with the DJI goggles working nicely after I swapped from iPhone, and I wanted to find a way to give my spotter access to the same information I had on my screen while I was flying FPV and be able to record the screen, and I found an easy work-around. I use the Spark remote wifi to link to my iPhone, then I connect an Apple "lightning to AV" adaptor to the iPhone, and plug the goggles HDMI input into the HDMI adaptor. You can not use the goggles touchpad to control anything (mirrored display only), but you no longer have to swap cables between iPhone and goggles at power up, and you can record the screen on the iPhone, and you have dual displays.
As ErikP said, you have to first fire up with the phone connected, until you get to the "begin flight ->" button in GO 4 to remove the geofencing limitation. Then you have to do the unplug/replug thing. This is on purpose by DJI (and a highly contentious issue on the DJI forum and elsewhere) and the same thing is required for the other copters that you go in with the wire with like the Phantom 4 Pro etc. The advantage though is the quality of the image is the highest that way, especially on the P4P the 1080p downlink in the goggles is really spectacularly nice....
Hi Kelly, great video. I have been using the DJI goggles with my P4P+ for a little while now. As you cannot adjust the focus of the DJI goggles, I always use my reading glasses. I assumed that the range limitation for gimbal and yaw steering was a safety feature by DJI. P4P+ & DJI Goggles via USB cable has several smart fly modes available.
Great video Kelly, thanks for taking the time to answer the questions we had. Regarding the flight distance lock, I've read that you are limited in that way because when you fly with only the goggles, the quad can't establish its normal settings from the DJI App (since it wasn't connected to the app since no Phone was connected). When you start with your phone, and the DJI App, the quad makes a connection with the app and sort of "gets permission" to unlock the distance limitations, then you can switch to the goggles and be good to go. My understanding is that its the same if you try to fly without a device connected at all.
can anyone else or can you confirm this? i am doubting wheter buy the googles or not. Also. Can i conect any other googles via HDMI i have a mavic 2 pro
I couldn't wear goggles on my head without them sliding off(even at the proper angle). I couldn't flip them up or down without knocking them off. On a tip from another user, I removed the upper brow rest at the front (2 screws under main cushion) and lo and behold, they fit better and didn't want to slide off, and I can now flip them with one hand while holding controller with other. Made a huge difference, I was about to send them back. Head tracking doesn't work on my Mavic Pro due to older/mismatch on firmware.
Hello Kelly, I just bought the OG goggles and since I cannot use both the phone with the DJI goggles, wondering how can I set the Return to Home point. Would a hot swap using the phone first, then connecting the goggles work? Would the RTH point work if I loose connection with the googles? Please help.
Can not seem to get goggles + phone to work at same time either. I even tried Android screen cast.... did not work either.... Which is strange, since the screen cast is just a simple screen cast. But, i sent a mail to DJI tech department, Telling them not having ability to use both at same time is a very very bad design flaw. Because it can not be that hard for DJI to fix it.... All they need to have is a simple switch in the program.... Master/Slave. For the moment, the logical flaw to this is that the goggles have its own set of controls... And the phone controller have its own. You can do things on the googles controller that you can not do on the phone controller. But with a master/slave switch, this can be bypassed. Guess we have to wait for them to implement it...(which i hope is soon).
May have answered this already, but does the hud show up inside goggles like on the phone? Also have you seen a function to zoom camera in or out. For a 1080p camera I would thing there would be some kind of way
Thanks for part 2 Kelly. I still haven't pulled my goggles out but plan on it next weekend. Looking forward to a new experience with my Mavic Air and Mavic Pro.
GREAT video...you answered all my Mavic Air / Goggles questions. I am spoiled because my Phantom P3 will easily allow both a tablet or phone and goggles simultaneously. Please keep the info coming.
Good video (as always). I noticed that you did not have an observer. While using the goggles, wasn't that a violation of the "line-of-sight" rule? (Not accusing, just wondering. I am new to this.)
Since making this video have you flown it again at a further distance than .5km and was the resolution 720 most of the time or did it really degrade the further away that you got? If so, what resolution did it lower it to and how far away were you when it lowered the resolution? Also, have you flown with a different drone that allowed 1080? Was there actually a large noticeable difference in the video quality between 1080 and 720? I am just trying to decide if the video is blurry and not worth purchasing the goggles with the Air or if I should get a different drone that allows 1080 if there is that much difference in the video quality. I have seen other people say they don't mind the 720 and say that 1080 doesn't look much different. Just curious what your take on that is. Thanks!
I’m wondering about whether the weather had an impact on the range improving when you hot swapped it. The weather looked to me to be worse on the first flight, VS the hot swap flight
Good dope. I have the goggles and a Mavic Pro Platinum but have never flown with them yet. Some because of winter and some because I’m not sure what I am doing. I have a new set of Fat Shark on Ken Herons suggestion but I can’t figure out how to make them work with the Mavic. I think I will send them back and give the DJI goggles a go. It helps to see how you did it the Air.
I was really disappointed with the range limit on the goggles so I was going to sell them. Your vid has sorted that for me, appreciate it very much. Thanks.
i have the same air-goggle combination, but when in head tracing flight mode I am not able to turn the mavic air as yaw movement like done at 16:27, instead my drone only drifts slightly left or right accordingly, does anyone knows how to fix this? thanks
Maybe people wanted to know if you could use the phone with the goggles so that someone monitoring/watching next to you could also see what you are seeing through the goggles-ie if 2 people were collaborating on what shots to take with the drone-just a thought! Thumbs up too for metres!!! Us Aussies struggle with feet-we’ll I do anyway! Awesome 2 part vid once again!!!!
Enjoyed the video, thanks. I have the goggles and the Air and I have always used the phone first so that I hear it saying "home point has been updated" because if I try the goggles without the phone it doesn't seem to record a "return to home point" so if I lost signal I would be scared it would end up at my last saved RTH destination 😳 maybe someone else knows if this is the case.
My Goggles are missing pretty well all of the intelligent flight modes when flying with the Mavic Air. The only one I have is tap fly is this the same with yours? Also I hve no way to adjust the resolution it is stuck at 720P and the recording on the Mavic Air is limited to 1080P using the goggles. This is a big bummer if you actually want to record high quality 4K content.
Thanks for the video. I was just out with my Mavic Air and experienced the limitations of altitude and distance and couldn’t figure out where the menu was for gamble head tilt and all that. Boom came in and searched TH-cam and here is the answer to my questions. Heading back out to fly! Dang Man I just watched the live feed this am of the new Mavic 2. It works with these goggles but what AInread is if you get the racing edition goggles the new occusync will auto switch between 😂2.4 and the 5 ghz frequency giving you even better range and video through the goggles. I’ll be getting the new Mavic with the 1 inch sensor. Hope to see your evaluation of that soon. Peace!
Thanks for the part two video as I had some ??? and you covered them. Get the Focus Fixers if you need prescription glasses . If you need bifocals you will need the Focus fixers because you won't be able to focus close up and get the full screen in the goggles. Maybe DJI will provide a focus option in future versions of the goggles, I mean even cheap goggles have a focus option in them. Jeez DJI c'mon fix this ! Thanks again.
You can use the phone and goggles at the same time. Link the goggles to the drone wireless and use the cable from the controller to the phone and you can see images in both.
Good day folks. I've seen with the pro you can hook up two headsets so you're able to give a virtual ride-along to other people. Does anyone know if this can be achieved with the Air? Thanks.
Wow awesome Kelly, never knew you can rotate the quad with your head. Head tracking sounds so cool & awesome. Today I went for my first flight in sport mode with the Spark. Wow very fun and amazing how fast it hits a 1/2 mile distance. I got to scared to go any further, I love this spark to much to take a chance on losing it. Great video Kelly and keep up the amazing work. Cheers and Happy Flying.
Okay that was some great data sir, thanks for a very comprehensive video. I would love to own a set of those but still a teeny bit out of my price range.
Apparently, you have to connect the drone to a device with GO 4 BEFORE you connect to the Goggles to circumvent that irritating height/distance limitation.
Great video. Am a recent subscriber and drone enthusiast. Am about ready to purchase my first 'non-toy' drone and am 95% settled on a Mavic Air so this video was of great interest. Doubt I'll invest in goggles from the start but can imagine the flight experience (improved visibility) is a huge improvement. A few Questions : Are there other goggles that function with the Air? I heard you mention taking your case off your phone to load it into the controller. Is this due to your case, or are there issues with having the phone in a case period? *Am an iPhoneX user. I've heard mention (on videos) that Mavic Air flight using the phone will burn through the phone battery pretty fast. What is your experience with this? Can you use a battery case to minimize this impact? Wasn't sure if it would work in the controller? *related to question above
Hi man, great job, when you make your video, which software do you use ? I used to play with Pinnacle and when you make a video, how do you add your voice ??
Since you said that even when you flew the Air pretty far, and high with the goggles, and that you had zero dropouts, and the picture was crystal clear, what would be the difference, experience wise, if you were using the Mavic Pro with Ocusync? In the beginning of the video, you said using the goggles with ocusync is better, so I’m just wondering how if you had no dropouts and a crystal clear picture.
First of all, great videos. You seem to be more in depth compared to every one else’s videos. Second, I’m having a hard time trying to decide if I should get the Air, Pro or Platinum. But I also want to eventually get the goggles as well. I’ve seen some of your videos and still can’t decide! The Air’s camera quality seems better, barely. But you can’t use your phone the same time you use the goggles. The Pro’s and Platinum ‘s camera quality is slightly less but you can use your phone the same time you use the goggles. What would you recommend? Not based on money.
This is on my list, I think its time for a yard sell so I can get some goggles next. I bet its amazing with the goggles. I'm trying research your mavic air videos so I can learn more about my mavic air. Take care Kelly
Re. Goggles and phone not working at same time. Same thing happens even if it’s an iPad Mavic Pro combo. . You still have to disconnect the phone lead from the controller socket before the iPad will work off the USB port.
Awesome video Kelly! I see you're wearing Force1 during part of the video. Is Force1 your company? I have several models and waiting for good weather to fly them but they seem to get good reviews. Thanks 😊
Hi Drone Redneck. Force 1 is not my company - but I have done some videos for them and I generally like them. The basically repackage other company's drones, include some extras like skins or batteries and sell them for a markup on Amazon. I like them because they are US based and have good customer service.
Ready Set Drone Thanks Kelly. I agree that they are a good company. Seems their regular pricing is high but when they give those 70% off codes...yeeha!
Hi there, were you really using Mavic Air when you tried the Head Tracking Flight function in the video? Coz before I connected my goggle to the RC, I was able to choose the “Head Tracking Flight” function, but once I connect it to the RC and turn on the Mavic Air, the function simply disappears. :(
Yes, I really was. You have to update the firmware on the goggles before they will work with the Mavic Air. This video was Part 2 - go back and watch Part 1 and you'll see how to do that. Good luck.
Just got an Awesome deal on a set of goggles and don't own the air but do own mavic pro and spark. Too dam cold to fly so waiting till it warms up, and am glad I came across your video because I was curious to know if I could use goggle And Ipad together but now I know I can't thanks to this video, Thanks again
Kelly, thanks for the video. I am buying a drone this weekend - either the Spark or the Air (leaning towards the air). I have heard that the Dji app doesn't work well with Android phones. Do you know if this is true? I know buying a Mavic pro would solve that problem, but I would rather get an Air or Spark. Thanks.
Congrats. The Spark is great, but I'd go for the Air. Yes, I have heard similar things about Android not working as well on DJI Go 4. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to test it because I don't have an Android device. Two suggestions - go to the DJI Forum on their web site and read comments about this. Second - download it and play with it for your phone. It's free and you don't need a drone to run it, so you could try it first. Hope that helps!
Thanks! Let me know your experience with the Android device and DJIGO4 - I get asked that question all the time, so I'd love to know what you think when you download it.
With the Mavic Pro, when using an android device (phone or tablet) then DJI GO 4 would stop about once per battery. Simply restart the app (not the controller) and you are back in business with a short pause. I am now using an iPad (and I'm not an Apple user) and the app crashes much less frequently. On the android tablet there was occasionally significant lag between where the aircraft was and what the screen displayed. That's a good way to fly into a tree. I normally fly the Mavic with Goggles. Haven't tried avoiding the short range by starting DJI GO 4 then hot swapping to the goggles. However the Mavic talks directly to the Goggles and controller without a cable (Occusync). I did try flying with head tracking, and that worked better than expected. The Goggles display a pointer in the direction the aircraft is going (Air just looks up and down, while the Mavic gimbal also turns 30 degrees left and right). For those with glasses, or just plain old like me, there are lenses available at several reading-glass settings, and they simply press on to the lenses in the Goggles. You do need to purchase a separate pair for each setting, but I have only needed one pair. DJI has lenses available, and they are also available elsewhere. Highly recommended if you can't clearly see the Goggles display. In summary, I can see much better with Goggles than with phone/tablet on the controller. The recorded video (on the aircraft SD card) is a bit better than what you see in the Goggles (and no drop outs). And I've flown out a couple of kilometers (for those that don't like meters ... just think yards ... close enough).
I'm guessing the controller has a limit (default) when a phone isn't connected. Im wondering if a Y splitter would allow you to use both the phone and goggles.
USB Splitter Its cheap so if it doesnt work you arent out a bunch of money. www.amazon.com/Onvian-Splitter-Adapter-Charging-Syncing/dp/B01KX4TKH6/ref=sr_1_6?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1519686956&sr=1-6&keywords=USB+Splitter
The range is not limited if you start with the phone plugged into the remote and then switch out to the goggles. That bypasses the range limitation. In terms of navigation, I'm not sure what you mean. Please clarify.
I have a smart controller, what would happen if I use my smart controller with the goggles? Would I see my flight on the smart controller screen and the goggles at the same time?
I have a limited distance when using the Google's of about 800 yards It begins loosing signal. If I turn off the Google's I can continue flying using my tablet just fine
@@readysetdrone just one more question since I've crushed mine and had ordered dji goggles which will be arriving soon, should I go for pro platinum or get same mavic air? Would appreciate your expert advice
about viewing in the monitor and goggles at the same time.if your lucky enough to have a crystalsky monitor you can use the HDMI port on the goggles and you will have a picture on both goggles and monitor, the monitor plugs into the remote and the goggles plug into the HDMI on the crystalsky monitor, hope that helps somebody
Yes, my buddy Troy uses the Mavic Pro for mapping and it works pretty well. Depends on what you are mapping, but generally, with the right software, I would expect the Mavic Pro Platinum to work very well!
Wish I could afford a pair of goggles but here in Canada every thing is a lot more expensive than the USA . Nice review and answering all the questions . Thanks Kelly for all the info .
So for the distance thing... unfortunately you have to set everything up with the phone then disconnect and plug in the goggles. It’ll remember the phone settings having beginner mode off, but not the goggles. You have to do that EVERY TIME even with the P4P!!
Let me make sure I understand the process for getting longer range with the goggles and the MA. plug in the phone, then plug in the goggles. The display on the goggles will show up, and the display on the phone will not. Leave the phone plugged in, and fly. Correct?
I think that will work. I actually unplugged my phone after I plugged in my goggles, but I don't think it matters. As long as you start with the phone, then plug in the goggles, you will not have the range and height limitations.
All great, except that switching into goggles, you lose the flight log in DJI Go 4 and also, what is more important, there is no chance to use Find My Drone in case od fly away. I lost MA a week ago. That was wearing goggles. It did not RTH, 19 satellites, HP recorded. Went into high branches. No warranty.
Tough to see if you have bifocals, so far the best solution is to where reading glasses so you have correction in your full field of view not just at the bottom of the screen where you can see through the bifocal correction. People with corrective lenses take note!! (Far sighted people)
That's what I was thinking, but the splitter I think need to be able to support multiple video feeds from what I've noticed with any splitters I've had one feed and the rest will just charge or turn them into ftp... I'm gonna test this when I get back home and pay for the best lol. The only reason I can think of to have both going is for the hud (if it doesn't show up in goggles)
Howdy from just up the road (Mason TX)! I wouldn't have gotten the goggles and Mavic Air working without your help. Thanks!

When in “head tracking” is there any delay between your head movements and the rotation of the drone?
There are additional 360 degree antennas in the googles. I suspect they improve the connection.
Is it possible to control the aperture settings and video for filming whilst using the headset? My remote only lets me change the shutter

I think you will enjoy the experience!
Is it possible to use the micro USB cable the came with the goggles to fly or should I purchase a special cable?
Thank you! Very informative. You answered most all the questions I had! Please keep up the good work.

Maybe they will do an update so you don't have to do the HOT Start with the phone to get the better distance.
Maybe people wanted to know if you could use the phone with the goggles so that someone monitoring/watching next to you could also see what you are seeing through the goggles-ie if 2 people were collaborating on what shots to take with the drone-just a thought!

Amen, I posted to the same problem. I use reading glasses so I can see the telemetry numbers clearly in the top of the view.
You can save to the card in the googles! Website says so!
Hi. How do the black sport dji goggles do on mavic air?
Great video, thanks. I was curious about the head tracking with the goggles. This helped a ton. I've ordered my fly more package with the goggles now.
Awesome!
Did you try connecting the phone to the controller wireless while connected to goggles? Just curious.
You can use the phone and goggles at the same time. Link the goggles to the drone wireless and use the cable from the controller to the phone and you can see images in both.
keep on making more mavic air videos! love them!
Good day folks. I've seen with the pro you can hook up two headsets so you're able to give a virtual ride-along to other people. Does anyone know if this can be achieved with the Air? Thanks.
Thanks Kelly love the videos. So in flight head tracking can you still move the gimble up and down ? Or do you just have yaw?
You can set it to follow yaw, to tilt or to do both!
these vids give me LIFE
Nice job on landing on table, just got the mavic pro a week ago, maybe another week il try that.
Thanks Kim Jong-un!
Wow awesome Kelly, never knew you can rotate the quad with your head. Head tracking sounds so cool & awesome. Today I went for my first flight in sport mode with the Spark. Great video Kelly and keep up the amazing work. Cheers and Happy Flying.
Sweet! Spark in sport mode = FUN!
Ready Set Drone Yes indeed😊
Id have to say that's pretty immersive. ive heard some people sit down until you get use to them.
Can you change the unit of measure in the googles from meters to imperial "Miles" or "Feet", also can you turn off the Obstacle Avoidance sensor ?
Yes, you can change the unit of measure. Yes, you can turn off the obstacle avoidance.
Okay that was some great data sir, thanks for a very comprehensive video. I would love to own a set of those but still a teeny bit out of my price range.
Thumbs up for doing it in meters
Cess Outdoors agreed
Cess Outdoors hell yeah
Great explanations and demonstrations.
Very informative. Thanks for doing this video!
Apparently, you have to connect the drone to a device with GO 4 BEFORE you connect to the Goggles to circumvent that irritating height/distance limitation.
Yes, you are correct!
A few Questions :
Are there other goggles that function with the Air?
How far you can fly it with the Dgi goggles and the fly is so good as mavik pro?
This is on my list, I think its time for a yard sell so I can get some goggles next. I bet its amazing with the goggles. I'm trying research your mavic air videos so I can learn more about my mavic air. Take care Kelly
Re. Goggles and phone not working at same time. Same thing happens even if it’s an iPad Mavic Pro combo. . You still have to disconnect the phone lead from the controller socket before the iPad will work off the USB port.
Hello gimbal head tracking tilts up and down.Does it tilt left and right for mavic air?i could not do it
I thought you had purchased the flame red version! In this video you have the onyx black. Did you buy a skin or a new one?
It's a new one. The red one was a prototype that DJI gave me to review. The black one is a final production version that I purchased.
Great rundown of the Mavic Air with the goggles Kelly !
Thanks Bill!
Seems their regular pricing is high but when they give those 70% off codes...yeeha!
so if You run drone with phone, and then connect googles, there will be no distance limit?
Hi there, were you really using Mavic Air when you tried the Head Tracking Flight function in the video? Coz before I connected my goggle to the RC, I was able to choose the “Head Tracking Flight” function, but once I connect it to the RC and turn on the Mavic Air, the function simply disappears. :(
Yes, I really was. You have to update the firmware on the goggles before they will work with the Mavic Air. This video was Part 2 - go back and watch Part 1 and you'll see how to do that. Good luck.
In regards to glasses, I need to use my reading glasses, and it works great. The SIM card on the goggles, is for playback only
Just got an Awesome deal on a set of goggles and don't own the air but do own mavic pro and spark.
Ready Set Drone Kelly - thank you very much for responding. Great idea. I'm going to get more people to subscribe to your channel...
I have a Samsung S8+ with android 8, and zero problems with the DJIGo4 app with my mavic air!
Is there a link to your first goggles with Mavic Air video?
th-cam.com/video/RCgjgklJKjU/w-d-xo.html
I'm guessing the controller has a limit (default) when a phone isn't connected. Im wondering if a Y splitter would allow you to use both the phone and goggles.
IamWedge I was wondering the same thing!
That is a good question. I have never seen a USB to Lightning splitter. Where would you get one?
USB Splitter Its cheap so if it doesnt work you arent out a bunch of money.
www.amazon.com/Onvian-Splitter-Adapter-Charging-Syncing/dp/B01KX4TKH6/ref=sr_1_6?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1519686956&sr=1-6&keywords=USB+Splitter
Ready Set Drone... Not really sure if they make one or not.. I'll look into it.
Ready Set Drone Wal-Mart sells them.. $16.00..
Can you retest range without rain?
very nice i have both the mavic air and the goggles
How do you use navigation with the googles? Is even possible? Is the distance limited when you use them?
The range is not limited if you start with the phone plugged into the remote and then switch out to the goggles. That bypasses the range limitation. In terms of navigation, I'm not sure what you mean. Please clarify.
Ready Set Drone How does the navigation (GPS) work? Is it through the phone or mavic air?
I have a smart controller, what would happen if I use my smart controller with the goggles? Would I see my flight on the smart controller screen and the goggles at the same time?
The hotswap is awesome
I have a limited distance when using the Google's of about 800 yards It begins loosing signal. If I turn off the Google's I can continue flying using my tablet just fine
Previously you had red mavic air. Just wondering how comes it's now black.....just crushed mine filming cement factory 😒
I gave the red one away to my subscriber of the month, so now I have the black one.
@@readysetdrone just one more question since I've crushed mine and had ordered dji goggles which will be arriving soon, should I go for pro platinum or get same mavic air? Would appreciate your expert advice
Mavic Pro Platinum - it is amazing!
@@readysetdrone thank you, much appreciated
about viewing in the monitor and goggles at the same time.if your lucky enough to have a crystalsky monitor you can use the HDMI port on the goggles and you will have a picture on both goggles and monitor, the monitor plugs into the remote and the goggles plug into the HDMI on the crystalsky monitor, hope that helps somebody
Awesome! Thanks for the tip!
Does find my drone work if you were flying with the goggles when you lost it? Since the DJ app on the phone is not connected?
Do you think the magic pro platinum would work in mapping
God Video as always man well done... Perhaps nice time choice a nice sunny day instead..
Great videos man!
Appreciate it!
Dji customer service said you can’t steer an Air with the goggles. But according to your video you can
At times companies may answer in that way because it might not be a "supported feature". In other words, if it doesn't work, no hassle for them.
Very informative, thanks for the answers.
Thanks for watching!
in the goggles can you see everything what you would see on your phone all the display like the altitude and the distance
Yes.
Great stuff man, please more goggle vids awesome
Let me make sure I understand the process for getting longer range with the goggles and the MA. plug in the phone, then plug in the goggles. The display on the goggles will show up, and the display on the phone will not. Leave the phone plugged in, and fly. Correct?
I think that will work. I actually unplugged my phone after I plugged in my goggles, but I don't think it matters. As long as you start with the phone, then plug in the goggles, you will not have the range and height limitations.
Impressive analytics
Do you know if it’s possible to connect the phone via WiFi and use the headset via USB?
I don't think so.
No warranty.
sorry to hear. :(
Tough to see if you have bifocals, so far the best solution is to where reading glasses so you have correction in your full field of view not just at the bottom of the screen where you can see through the bifocal correction. People with corrective lenses take note!! (Far sighted people)
Has any one figured out how to view 1080 on the goggles vs 720 when flying?
Can these goggles work with mavic air 2 ?
Don't know - but gonna try it out!
What if you get a usb splitter?
That's what I was thinking, but the splitter I think need to be able to support multiple video feeds from what I've noticed with any splitters I've had one feed and the rest will just charge or turn them into ftp... I'm gonna test this when I get back home and pay for the best lol. The only reason I can think of to have both going is for the hud (if it doesn't show up in goggles)
Wow I would be scared shitless to fly an expensive flying camera in fine water droplets! I get nervous taking the Air out when it's high humidity.
Thank you for doing the Video very helpful
