The antibiotics I've taken at least haven't helped me elsewhere but aren't amoxyclave. Although as stated in another comment removing my appendix helped heaps until the vaccine exacerbation.
Yeah I was incredibly fit and ate healthier than anyone I knew as well. But also I did tend to get a lot of short acute illnesses. More than my friends. Put it down to swimming heaps, playing water polo heaps and developing a chlorine allergy though. Also insomnia which I had since at least five years old. Not many twisted ankles and such though fortunely! Seemed resilient there at least. I also had some dizzyness if I stood up fast for many years but no pots like things otherwise. Doctors put it down to being tall which I am. I slowly stated developed rosacae or that red flushing trash on the cheeks and it hit harder with alcohol or dairy into my lage teens and early twenties. I think I felt extra fatigued after I caught a virus from my Chinese international friends in late 2019 for the whole NZ summer (December through February) . But I could still excercise intensely. Just felt wasted. Before I ended up catching a still unknown virus in early 2020 and this drove me deep deep into all the problems. Also I had a grumbling appendicitis issue in summer 2018 through to start of 2019 thag I didn't realize was appendicitis until I got it out at the end of 2020 when it flared up again in early 2020 with the virus. Getting it out actually made me feel decently better and I started slowly being able to walk and bike again until the vaccination in late 2021 caput me for good with strong PEM and pots and so on. I was 23 back in early 2020. I probably broke my tail bone back when I was 21 by being silly in the gym and kettle ell swinging inbetween a squat set right into the squat rack. Maybe that also disrupted my spine a bit seeing as it's linked somewhat tk the structure. Dunno. I say probably because of intense pain and not being able to excercise for more than six months. But I never got it scanned as I thought it was bruised for a long time.
Thank you. Diagnosed can’t afford care.
