I've been doing this workout every morning around 5-6am for 14 days during my quarantine. At first I took rests here and there but now, I am in much better shape and I am able to go through the entire workout with pace. It was excellent for me to stay in relative shape and keep my mental health strong. Thanks for the awesome video! Cheers. PS. I will be enlisting for the ROK Marine Corps this summer.

I had a p.e. teacher who made us do this as a warm up plus whatever training we had that day. (His dad was a drill instructor and he had a similiar outlook on physical education) It's the most in shape I've ever been and the kids in his classes did outstanding in their respective sports teams. What's sad is they laid him off that year for budget cuts because he didn't have 10 year. The very next year one of our old p.e. teachers retired at 86 years old.

First time doing this and it's definitely an eye opener to how unfit I currently am. I was gasping for air after the jumping jacks. I'm hoping to join the police force soon, so priority number one is to eat a more balanced diet and get in good shape. I quit smoking two weeks ago, so that should really help out.

I have been in freaking quarantine forever, the pandemic is horrible in my country so I can't go out, I will try this to see if I can get in better shape because not moving is not healthy. I used to walk a lot every day before the pandemic now is too risky. My apartment is tiny but I don't think I need much room for this. Thank you for the video. :)
This routine helped me get started. Couple months ago I'd hit this 3 times a week with some running and pushups/situps. Eventually got too easy so I added a 20kg weight vest. That got easy, too, so I moved to 5 days a week. Couple weeks ago it got far too easy, so I moved onto deep calisthenics such as high volume burpees, squats, and pull ups. Although I don't use this anymore, really appreciate the foundation you built. I'll keep working hard
These exercices are amazing. It's my first time trying out. Even if I feel like I'm dying after these I'll continue doing them starting by today. In time I'm sure it's going to get easier
