Amazing fight, when Gajeel was first introduced he looked really OP to me. I never imagined he would be taken into Fairy Tail guild and had that astounding development.
I will admit, Gajeel has had some of the best character development in Fairy Tail. He’s one of those characters that got better and better, even into the later arcs.
Well natsu fought 2 prior fights then gajeel who was fully health and magic where as natsu was weakened prior so technically it's natsu when recharged evenly so no and gajeel had advantages of metal everywhere to eat and recharge natso didn't have flames everywhere
I hated the magic circles since they didn't exist in the manga like that for every spell. The anime just seems to add them for filler but it makes attacks have a weird start up they didn't before. Removing them was nice and made magic attacks feel more like a natural extension of the wizard's abilities.
@@Kenjimane500 lol exactly oh it wasn't in the manga so what this is the anime and anime does what it wants especially if it looks cool and will add more to said anime and magical circles definitely did that much of season 1 won't be forgotten hell magical circle also added a sense of depth you really understand that something big is gonna happen wether natsu use his breath attack or calls out one of his attacks hell how many times did we see erza use her fav heaven's wheel amour and it looked sick everytime as it signified erza at that time was getting serious so in short not really magical circle rule xD
I love how after all of their fighting they become friends. And find love. And peace. This is what being strong looks like. It's not about strength of muscle, it's about having strength of heart, mind, body, and soul. Having a mantra. Strength of love and friends. The people that stick by you forever. I really miss Brian Barcyzk... :( I came back here to watch this because it brings back good memories...
Fairy Tail saved me at my lowest point in life. Fairy Tail reminded me that, if for nothing else, I have my family to live for. I'll be their anchor, while they'll be my ship.
even now it makes sense tho . even in 100 years quest . natsu was losing to mecrophobia and only beat him because he ate ignias flames . so it is isnt that power ups dont make sense now its just that u have started hating for bs reasons .

I find him very strong but when he became a member of Fairy Tail he suddenly became weak er justice for Gajeel he was so powerful what happened to the 2nd fight between him and Natsu in 100 quest he didn't even use his all power he just then surrender. This man can even fought with Laxus and win against Erza. It just that we cannot erase that he's just aside character not like natsu so unfair
Natsu fought Totomaru and was ambushed by Aria before Gajeel, while the latter did nothing but beating up a defenseless Lucy, and despite that they where on par until Gajeel got to eat iron and recharge. In what world did he deserve to win when Natsu was clearly stronger and risked losing only due to bad luck?
Fym power ups? The only thing he did was recovering himself. Even Gajeel ate irons in the middle of their fight, but when Natsu did it suddenly become power ups? Natsu was and will always be stronger than Gajeel😔
