The prodrug Bempedoic acid ,when activated, inhibits ATP Citrolyase Inhibitor (ACL inhibtor) an enzyme upstream to HMG-Coa-reductase,,the abbreviation ACL that you have used for it is right but I guess you need to correct the name of the enzyme. Please people, why is not Niacin + Aspirin used more frequently?? (gi problems, or something else? And, if Aspirin 30 mins before Niacin, does low flushing also mean NO capillaries (not just no facial capillaries) will benefit from dilating?? (no increase in peripheral/micro circulation?)

Moderate dose of aspirin acts as antihypertensive .🙂I guess🤔
Antipyretic , analgesic and diuretic .
Prevents Gout-formation , to counteract the high dose Niacin effects.
