    Can you do a video exploring the science behind how the covid vaccine results in your muscles feeling like you’ve been overdoing it all day at the gym when you haven’t moved at all? The flu does the same thing, but how? How can an infection or inoculation make your muscles feel fatigued and your bones ache??? What’s really happening biochemically when we experience this phenomenon? I got my second shot yesterday and today I had to breath hard to hold my hands up while driving the car. Too weak to pick up things that I normally don’t even realize I’m lifting. It would be fascinating to learn what is going on.
