- Rotator Cuff is a group of muscles that helps us to lift our arms. It surrounds the shoulder joint, keeping the head of your upper arm bone firmly within the shallow socket of the shoulder. Rotator cuff injuries are common and can occur in any age group.
Its symptoms include:
- Weakness in lifting the arm
- Pain while sleeping which disturbs sleep
- Pain when lying on the affected shoulder.

Sir i have rotator cuff tendonitis dignosed in August 2021 and i get severe pain when i work on PC, i was on 3 months leave recently during the leave the pain was gone but now after i resumed on my duties it aggravated like anything more severe than before..pls tell me wht to do.

I have fully year in two✌ muscles. Supra , n, infra. Took shoulder injection, some movements came. Now three months passed, again can't move injury hand upward. Other work is done in normal way. Cooking, bathing, combing etc. Shall I continue physio treat. Pl guide sir. Thanks🙏
