I failed to remove the display, but I don't have the thin pry tool. I used a razer blade instead. Not a single move of the dsiplay after heating, so I gave up to save my nerves......
What size screw driver do you need on the tiny philips head screws for the battery assembly? I have removed the motherboard but the 4 screws on the back are not the same as the Torx screws that were holding in the motherboard. I've tried using a bit that claims to be PH0000 but it's still not small enough, so I don't know if the problem lies in me using cheap set with a bit not ground correctly or if I need to find a different tool all together

Philips 1.0mm
Good grief. Make sure you know that the warranty is void.
