Make strength convert it into power then coordinate all movement in one flow put maximum force in minimum time period 😊😊😊😊 so easy create your own training schedule what works for you..❤❤😊😊
I think most people can teach themselves stuff like hang clean and snatch grip high pulls. Better to start trying to learn oly lifts than to not try them
Am I understanding this correctly? So doing the version of an exercise with weights will give better results than the non-weighted version? E.g. Squats with Barbell + plates > air squats?
No. It’s Bcz the Olympic moves training rate of force development. Which I guess can be neurological gains in a sense but not exactly. Proprioception? Coordination? Maybe to a small extent
I think it would be more clear if you differentiated weight lifting stuff vs traditional stuff. This short form video is actually pretty confusing.
5% is far too small to not be a person by person variable. Not everyone develops equally or trains with the same mindset
The study had at least 200 people can’t remember the exact number
@@XYZCBA116 OK that would make more sense then. To be fair though 200 people isn't very many.
Need to know the sample size.
Honestly I’m so sick of SCIENCE BASED lifting
Just be consistent and maintain good form
How do you think they figured out consistency and good form?
@@dylansnowrove3732 lifting more weight and not getting hurt. You think cavemen ran double blind placebo controlled experiments?
U clearly can’t think. Tell me how tf consistency and maintaining good form tells u how to train to be explosive. Some people are brainless
I’m confused. What should I do?
I’d recommend doing both. Do plyometrics and/or calethstenics before doing weights to improve your pumps.

Negated by the much higher risk of injuries by doing far more technical olympic style lifts

I believe it's an argument for Weightlifting vs Plyometric Calisthenics, I do both, and they improve upon the aspects that the other lacks
Whats the study called?
So, the plyometrics and the olympics work the same?
No it’s just one study. Plyo and Olympic work have inherently different purposes. One is RFD the other incorporates more stretch reflex

Ke?!
Is he like collecting more views by us watching it 10 times trying to make sense of it 😿
Is it because of the proprioception and neurological gains?
