- Once again, Harman claims that no one can compete Nintendo and how all other gaming IPs have died out and fallen off and how literally no one can compete with Nintendo. I swear, this guy makes me hate Nintendo more and more every passing day, so more than Nintendo does with it's bad business decisions.

Minor correction, Dragon Age and Mass Effect are owned by EA and Metal Gear started on the MSX2 and Metal Gear Solid started on PS1 and PC.
My apologies. I should have known about Mass Effect, but I did say Dragon Age was owned by EA.
@@JestanDiams I know and no worries 🙂 Just to clarify what I meant, BioWare actually own the rights to both Mass Effect and Dragon Age, the first Mass Effect was an Xbox exclusive (till 2008 when it came to PC and then to the PS3 in 2012), in between the release of Mass Effect 1 and Dragon Age: Origins EA bought BioWare and this gave them ownership of Mass Effect and Dragon Age, although Mass Effect 2 was still a year timed Xbox console exclusive. Although none of the Dragon Age games were timed exclusives in any shape or form.

He treats everything like a fight and as if you could only like one. I can like Elden Ring and Breath of the wild. I like the first one more but I still like the other. I also love everytime he talks about pc games he claims we have no games, while we have a bigger variety of genres than any other system. Are all of them AAA? No but which console has? He clearly never heard of games like Total war, Anno, Stellaris, Dota, Lol, Crusader Kings, Sims, Starcraft, Command and Conquer, Flight simulator, euro truck simulator, etc. There are so many franchises and genres that don't play well on consoles or just never were adapted as console games. And while it could be that all of them aren't his cup of tea he clearly never gave them a fair shot.

It's interesting because the switch has a rare, dated mobile phone processor, and Harman has the audacity to say we should put all games on the switch and nothing else.
That hardware gets beat by anything with the raytracing name attached to the box.
Yes this includes 20 series gpus including the ones in laptops. Which were experimental in a range of 5-10 years ago.

As well as the misinformation he pulls straight out of his ass. If even half the things he says were right Nintendo would have an absolute monopoly, PS, Xbox and steam would be dead and only Nintendo owned developers were still around. He always acts as if there was a giant conspiracy and everybody hates Nintendo all the while Nintendo is winning and outselling everything. Those 2 things are contradictory and can't be true at the same time.

@@Neros_light the DMC 5 camera is fine, to me the fixed camera in the original Resident Evil games was bad. That is just my personal opinion, I didn’t grow up with games with fixed cameras like that so it is weird to me
Kojima has had jack s*** to do with Metal Gear(which is a damn shame) since 2015 after a MASSIVE falling out with Konami shortly before Phantom Pain's release.

And Iv been playing Devil May Cry for 22 years lol, DMC isn't going anywhere anytime soon, Devil May Cry is (& this is just my opinion) is the much better franchise over Bayonetta.
Funny thing is I have the original DMC on the Switch.
Harman Smith is the guy who eats only burgers in his whole life because he's never been fed with anything else.
Coming back to this after his latest DS video, he's absolutely lost it. He thinks that just because we likethe series that we haven't played anything else. I only started playing SoulsBourne games about a year and a half ago, and they've quickly become my favorites.

Who sais that Bayonetta is trash because of devil may cry. Especially if Bayonetta is made by the same persone who made the first devil may cry game, but again I'm pretty sure he doesn't even know and the only info he gets is by taking crazy pills.

A couple of things, I agree with most of the things you said, but I don't think you know enough about botw and totk enough to compare them to souls games.
The combat in zelda is vastly different, yeah like dark souls it's just the one button to attack, but I don't remember dark souls going into slo mo when you dodge at the last second or when you pull out your bow from a height, enemies typically don't drop their weapons during combat in dark souls, whereas in botw and totk, its a legitimate strategy to make enemies drop their weapons, in botw and totk there are far more ways to use your environment in combat more than every souls game combined.
I'm not saying this to say that from soft games have bad combat compared to botw or totk, just the opposite actually, I think the combat in souls games is incredible, but the comparison between both series doesn't really make much sense. I don't believe Zelda was inspired by dark souls, also considering the combat in botw and totk is just an evolution of the combat that started in games like ocarina of time and majora's mask, both games that came out FAR before even Demon's souls.

From demon souls onwards every single souls game has had multiple attack buttons.

Well I have a very high end pc but also ps5 and a switch the playstations are for when I am in bed relaxing at the end of the day pc is for all my multiplayer and have not turned on my switch for 3 years
