Sweet and Spicy Nuts 1 cup raw Almonds 1/2 cup raw Walnuts 1/2 cup raw Cashews Roast dry in pan 8 mins. Remove into a bowl. In a pan, Put 2 tbsp salted butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp water 1/4 tsf salt 1/4 tsf cayenne pepper Add roasted nuts 2 tsf freshly chopped thyme Transfer all to a tray and spread out to cool.

Cooking spray gives the worst taste DO NOT USE IT EVER!!
Really? I haven't experienced any problems with it... but yes you can just use a dab of regular oil and spread with a paper towel.
