Presenter Marnie Chesterton goes to Kenya, where the traditional Maasai way of life is at risk following a series of failed rainy seasons. She meets members of the Maasai community who have herded cattle for generations, who tell her how the unprecedented lack of rain is making it difficult to feed the animals, and themselves.
She speaks to meteorologists and climate scientists to unpick the differences between weather and climate, discovering that not only is climate change affecting local weather systems, but it’s also affecting our ability to forecast it.
She’ll also be learning about the IPCC report, and how there is no longer any doubt that climate change is a real and present threat to life on earth.

Climate is the signal and weather is the noise. The signal to noise ratio is low so much data is needed for a valid statistical analysis.
Weather is best described using chaos theory where a small difference in initial conditions can lead to a massive change in outcome. That's why a 1.23 degree change in ocean temperature can be catastrophic.

grenhouse effect works in a test tube, it works in a greenhouse. but it can't be proven to work on a planetary scale with the dynamic changes and drastic differences between local points. To put it simply this is an un-proven hypothesis that people run with, for different political and business reasons.

    Abstract :
The energy that dominates the earth is very great, some of it is natural, like the heat of the sun and volcanoes, and some of it is human action, by cutting down trees, without replacing them and cultivating in their place...
There are five forces that control or dominate the planet...
1- The first theory (horizontal dynamic movement) and its end...
The occurrence of storms, rain, floods and snow, at unexpected times and places, is because of the expiration of this theory, which needs to be balanced...
2- The second theory (vertical dynamic movement) and its end...
This movement or force controls or dominates the earthquakes, earth cracks, drying up of rivers and lakes, earth openings, mountain collapses, and the emergence of drinking water springs on the ground...
    It becomes out of control...
These phenomena increased due to the end of this theory...
The third theory: it is water that rotates the earth...
The fourth theory: the Earth's axis of rotation has tilted 2° degrees...
The fifth theory: The Earth has a new orbit...

Heat waves of Asia are of most concern because people are purchasing millions of AC machines to save from heatwaves. More AC machines mean more consumption of electricity and more pollution out of burning of coal. Although this global drought is natural to happen in cyclic order every few thousands or millions years. All ice is supposed to melt in no time. The ice mass of Greenland, west Antarctica melts very quickly. Let's concentrate on the construction of ships with no engine and the ship is to be towed by nuclear submarines.

The summary of climate change is easy.
It is the change of humidity in atmosphere, which produce between the (land)and the(seas & oceans) on the other hand...
Occurring of rains, snow, storms, and floods at time and in unexpected places, confirm my theory(the change in the directions of winds)which must be balanced...
How to reduce the heat of the earth and atmosphere?
We must supply the earth with a natural cooling places...
    Results:
    ----------
1- To balance the water vapor which produces between the( ground)and the(seas and oceans )...
2- To balance the pressures of the air in the atmosphere...
3- To balance the directions of winds which caused the climate change...
4- To control upon the storms and harricans...
5- To revive the the first theory of climate change (dynamic horizontal movement).
6- To balance the percentage of gases forming the atmosphere.

16,000 years ago no residual snow during summer at Chicago. 12,000 yrs ago a 2 mile high glacier over Chicago gouging out the Great Lakes. 7,000 yrs ago it was warm enough that there was a warm inland sea in Iceland. (Happy to provide a video with an Icelandic Glaciologist saying so). From 1300 to 1890 we were in the Little Ice Age. Since humans are responsible for Climate Change, what is the Industrial Activity we humans keep turning on and off? (What kind of technology did we have 16,000 yrs ago when it was warm? Ans: Hunter/Gatherer. No sign of even simple agriculture... pre horse drawn plows, yet warm.)
From Ice Core Samples 500 million yrs ago CO2 conc in the atmospehere was 4,000 ppm. Today it is 400 ppm. What were we humans doing 500 million yrs ago to make the CO2 *Ten Times* today's CO2 conc ?

As you can see from your "data", there are 5000 years between both events (12000 = cold -> 7000 = warm). And there was a temperature rise of 5 degree between them. This gives a change rate of one degree per 1000 years.
Today we are talking about more than one degree since the beginning of the twenties century. Hence it is one degree per 100 years. The changing rate today is ten times as high as the highest changing rate before in human history.
So we can expect the outcome of our little climate experiment to be ten times as dramatic as the end of the ice age. But no worries. You could die in a road accident tomorrow. Don't think too much about the future.

Nowhere scientists have said climate has changed only by industrialisation in the past. It has changed over millions of years for various other reasons. That does not mean that industrialisation has not caused the latest climate crisis.

Both the short term weather and the long term climate are not only well within normal variability they are trending towards better weather and climate as the world very very slowly warms. Weather and climate deteriorate as the world cools and improves as it warms. How do we know this. History tells the story. The planet thrives during warm periods such as the Minoan, Roman and Modern warm periods. The planet suffers terribly during cold periods such as the Dark Ages and the Little Ice Age that killed hundreds of millions before their time over several centuries from crop failure, famine, disease, hypothermia and other cold related deaths.
Fear the cold, worship the warmth.
This BBC hit job has chosen an area in drought which is typical of an activist organisation. This is activist journalism covering one small area of the planet and is what we call cherry picking. There are always areas in drought and other areas in flood. Both droughts and floods have actually improved as the climate slowly warms. More extreme weather is always experienced during cold periods and this is very well documented. Africa always has droughts going on somewhere due to its massive size. Shame on you BBC for yet another misleading documentary.

Obviously climate then was neither chaotic enough or hostile to stop all species from developing. Sometimes climate changed fast, faster than today, sometimes slow. Climate on earth is defined by a multitude of factors where even our position in the galaxy influences cosmic radiation and cloud formation. CO2 is a factor of importance mainly for life on earth. Levels up to 10-15 times the present obviously does not threaten life on earth. Carbon in fossil fuels came from the atmosphere and can be released back without threatening life. Even humans cannot change CO2 too fast for other species to adopt. We had an ice age not long ago. Then CO2 was only 180 ppm, near the starvation level of plants. Earth would feel younger with CO2 levels of the old times and earth will be greener and life more flourishing. Do not take the politically correct narrative to the correct one, it often is not.

Jfc this has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with survival. Comments like yours are why nobody takes conservatives seriously. You’re all sad trashy jokes now.

Yes, but, unfortunately, now our planet is dγing. We will see the entire force of natural disasters from 2024 and in the future. This is not due to human activity, but occurs cyclically every 12,000 years on all planets of the solar system.
To save ourselves and the planet, it's vital to build the *Creative* *Society,* where the life, safety and well-being of every person will be the main priorities. Creative Society is a peaceful world without conflicts, poverty, inflation, crises, where we can solve all climate problems.
Detailed infοrmatiοn about this project can be fοund on the official sίtе.

12,000 yrs ago there was a 2 mile glacier over Chicago gouging out the Great Lakes. What human activity caused it to melt over the next 2,000 yrs ?
