Reports this week suggest that Prince Harry’s long-awaited memoirs could be delayed. This follows news that the pair are under pressure from Netflix and Spotify to deliver on their multimillion-dollar commitments. The Daily Mail’s Royal Editor Rebecca English says that since signing their big deals the media companies have ‘precious little to show for it’.
‘I think it’s fair to assume that there will be a lot of pressure on them to produce,’ she tells Palace Confidential. ‘How much this will ratchet up the pressure on them to talk about their time as members of the Royal Family? To talk about what it was like to be part of the institution of the monarchy - which are things that Harry promised his grandmother he wouldn’t do?’

What is upsetting many Americans in the grip of national grief? Would that be Meghan Markle and Netflix intruding on the grievous loss of our children and teachers. What words
can describe the complete lack of disrespect to those losing their lives to gun violence, the families, and the community, that Meghan Markle showing up Meghan Markle and now Harry present despicable and unconscionable behaviors, using the individuals of Uvalde, Texas--those lost to us and the unfathomable grief. While our nation is in mourning Meghan continues with the never-ending self-promotion of Meghan and Harry. What a craven couple, and to stand on the balcony with the Queen and members of the royal family is beyond shocking.
Meghan and Harry are private citizens, family members only technically, and it is vulgar this couple overshadow so much of the jubilee. Well, the Queen's choice. Perhaps the supernatural will take note and Meghan and Harry will break into flames entering the church.
And, polo! The all-American sport, after football, basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, track and field, NASCAR, bowling duckpins, badminton...all those common sports. Meghan Markle was never going to have her father, Thomas, part of her life after the engagement to Harry. Meghan systematically provoked and demonized her father and thus her stories of her life prevailed. Whatever Mr Markle did or did not do, he provided his daughter with primary and secondary private schools, introductions to restaurants from the prestigious Nobu, the famous Musso and Frank. Whatever one thinks of Mr Markle compassion is what is called for.
Saying Harry might have moments of regret or thinking ASSUMES thinks like a rational person, or that he is even capable of any form of meaningful intelligent thinking. He has no regrets and he is just happy that he has the "little mother" with the same level of narcissism to want to stake things out his way. I used to think Harry was wrongly influenced by Markle but actually they both deserve each other.
He regrets that the rest of his family will not do his bidding anymore, even when he has a tantrum .
He’s trapped in a shit hole of his own making. This is just a business relationship now to keep their respective brands from becoming irrelevant.

No disrespect but the queen has not had any work. You can see her wrinkles, heavy foundation etc. She doesn't look 96 more my mom's age of 85. She has aged and you can see it pretty clearly. I noticed her years after her husband passed probably because I noticed the almost overnight difference in my mom when my father passed. The queen and my mom are pretty remarkable, strong intelligent women.

Alledgedly the whole presentation at the polo was a set up - it appeared as if H's team had won the series. In fact it was only about the 4th round. No wonder there was no jubilation from the players - they knew they were being set up fo Netflix?

It is very difficult to have take to your very elderly mother in charge, for her own protection and the good of the family - but it must leave you exhaustingly frustrated when your mother, or grandmother, is the Queen and you can do nothing about it.

May I ask why we care about staff turnover for Harry and Meghan since they are no longer working members of the Royal Family and live in a foreign country? We don’t hear anything about staff turnover for the Duke and Duchess of Kent or the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester. At what point will the news be solely about those who support HMTQ? My heart goes out to Thomas Markle he has been through the mill with the media and through no fault of his own if you look at the TIG blog that Meaghan did before she entered royal life she was full of love and respect for her dad and I feel that someone so lucky to live in that beautiful house in California and have so much money at her disposal she should invite her dad to recover and stay there with her and they could rebuild their relationship privately after all have we not learnt what important in life during the last to years living with covid life is too short so Meaghan please do the right thing for now and forget about saving the rest of the world

Andrew was not convicted of any charges, he is just guilty of having very poor judgment and choosing his friends and activities. The queen loves him and would like to have him play apart in her jubilee. I think you should be EDIT : more concerned about Harry and Megan, because they have acted almost traitorously in how they have spoken about the queen, the royal family the monarchy and the British people. Andrew has done none of that, he has been supportive of his mother and the monarchy despite his bad decisions.

I challenge the remark made that Thomas Markle was going to England as a publicity stunt. He was INVITED to come there. Yes, Lady Colin Campbell did say in her video on TH-cam yesterday, that she did Invite Mr. Markle to Castle Goring. There were going to be several parties, I believe, hosted in his honor.
