Yes. In fact, it would likely remove it, as well as the color coat. He has a disclaimer not to use it on acrylic paint, which is just about any modern vehicle.
Modern vehicles don't use acrylic paint lol the wheel will scuff up the paint which you can them polish out to bring back the shine. It would be wise to measure the paint thickness prior to doing the job to know what your working with. Generally speaking decals stickers and pin stripes are relatively easy to remove with the wheel. As he said stay out of the sun! And watch heat build up. As he did remove residue with a solvent then you can polish
Thanks for the video! Just got a 93 dodge conversion van that needs some pinstripes removed. They are shot.
very helpful vid, thank you

I would say it's worth trying.

Will it scratch chrome?
Want to repurpose this kind of wheel for the wheels that launch tennis balls. Do u think suitable? Grip? Rpm? Vibrations?
spray some solvent on treatment for removal
They all cloud and ruin the paint !! Ripoffs !!! Especially on black vehicles they cloud the paint very badly
That's not true. Maybe on some vehicles with certain finishes it could happen, but i have been using these for 20+ years with very good results.
How to fix that?
