Hi, your video was recommended to me by TH-cam and it's exactly what I was looking for, I'll slowly incorporate these exercises into my routine to work on my deadlift, as it has been lagging a bit. Cheers from Italy!
for 3rd, replace with front foot elevated zercher split squats. i do like reverse lunges tho. but ffezss takes the cake as an amazing accessory NOT only for squat but also for deadlift. plus it's amazing for core and posture!
wouldn't glute-ham raise be more like just extending in your hips? always called this exercise (shown on the video), where it's primarily knee flexion a "nordic curl". both are great ofc
Every coach speaks their own language a little bit but this is always what I've known as the glute ham raise. A nordic hamstring curl is very similar but typically done on the floor with your ankles braced under something. The GHR or GHD is a similar movement but requires a specific piece of equipment

What to do if my gym does not have a ghd machine
Any leg curl machine or setting up a nordic curl station would be a good option!!
