When foreigners come from 3rd world countries and want to open resturants, or food businesses, they should be forced to be certified in food safety. They aren't used to the strict regulations and practices we have in the US, and I feel a lot of these issues are due to cultural habits and ignorance. It is a big money business, and you never know what you may be eating, chicken, cat, dog or who knows. But it's tasty!

Even I have had to pluck extra feathers from chicken I get from walmart... CHICKEN COMES FROM CHICKENS. Bizarre that people find something uncleanly about feathering and butchering a chicken, when thats all we eat in America. Raw chicken is handled in almost every restaurant in America. Unless she isn't cleaning up after properly, there literally is zero health risks (legal or not).

At least someone agrees animals in restaurants is disgusting. Here in california, people bring their dogs all over the place: grocery stores, restaurants, etc. You'll see servers petting someone's dog then try to bring you your food. The last time this happened, I literally got up and walked out. Now if I see animals inside/outside, I know these people aren't clean and find another place to dine.
