Since I was born in Cuba, imma tell y’all how it is. That first woman is Cuban, and well, Cubans are very bad at keeping and maintaining restaurants. Those cats, definitely got served as food at some point😂 idk about the second woman. Back in Cuba, a lot of the places where you would go to buy food would be much worse than what they showed here. Living there we don’t think about it and we grow up with stronger immune systems and much different gut microbes that help keep us alive through it all.
It's easy to tell if an asian or mexican restaurant is serving dog or cat. If the animals hanging around aren't getting fat then they are serving cat or dog.
The chicken itself doesn’t look too bad. I thought they had given her raw, ready to cook chicken. She got that thing alive and had to slaughter and clean it herself. We do that on the farm. Except we raise it ourselves. Who knows where that chicken had been or had been eating…
Not enough people are making a big deal out of 'pigeon meat'. A dirty, gross, disease ridden, flying rat-bird being served as food, as if it were normal. I don' want to eat a damn pigeon.
2:53 so you’re throwing everything out? You’re washing it all to throw it away? Ya BS lady now get back in here I need some salt and pepper for my pigeon it’s a bit bland
Buying a chicken and removing the feathers is not disgusting, what do you think they do at your local chicken farms, rather they spray chemicals and hormones on the chicken. The part that’s concerning is the cats inside the restaurant.
WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH WORKING IN A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT?? YOU THIRD WORLD IMMIGRANTS FIND ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES NOT TO BE CLEAN!! NO WONDER YOUR COUNTRIES YOU FLED LOOKS THE WAY THEY DO!! NOW YOU TRYING TO CONVINCE AMERICANS ITS COOL!! GTFOH!
The 3 stage sink is not supposed to be used to prep food. That’s just for cleaning. You have to have a separate food prep sink and area if you butcher / trim / cut meat in house. Chicken and fish require their own station by law.
About half the population have cats in their homes however they aren't having strangers drop off livestock and butchering it a wash sink. The cats aren't that big of an issue by comparison.
Contact with live poultry has spread Salmonella, which can be deadly. Look up annual rates of hospitalizations, etc. No way is it safe for restaurant staff to handle live poultry, or for the poultry to be present to begin with.
Your licensed "local chicken farms" most likely follow the USDA's steps for reducing the occurrence of Salmonella and other diseases. But she bought them from a guy on the street!!! Have people read the *CDC's Salmonella Outbreaks Linked to Backyard Poultry?*
Don't ever go in the kitchen of your favorite restaurant. As a telecom installer, I saw all kinds of crazy chet going on in the back rooms of restaurants.
He said when he walked it, it reeked of cat urine inside the building. Pulling the chicken feathers is not disgusting, but the surroundings of the kitchen (cats and rats) is.
When foreigners come from 3rd world countries and want to open resturants, or food businesses, they should be forced to be certified in food safety. They aren't used to the strict regulations and practices we have in the US, and I feel a lot of these issues are due to cultural habits and ignorance. What these people are doing would not be an issue in their home country, so they don't see it as an issue here.
But isn't just common sense that you shouldn't have animal waste where you make food and eat????? I find it hard to to believe that 3rd world country are cool being that dirty. I think these women just don't care they just wanna make money and will use old nasty food if they have to. I don't know cuz I hear in the Philippines complain how dirty Indians and the Chinese are and the Japanese are just super clean and everyone is gross and dirty to them.
As someone from a "third world country" where people actually major in hotel management and cooks are not some random person(unlike in the US) there are plenty of classy restaurants that would put US ones to shame, and the ones in the US would never match up. While I agree with your comment to an extent, I don't think you should put everyone in the same basket. This could very well happen at a born and bred here person's restaurant as well
You make it sound like it's only Foreigners. Many years back me and my director ate at Shula in Fort Lauderdale and a full grow rat ran across the floor . Yes Rat as in Rato, not Raton ;)
Same here .As someone from a third world country where only people with gastronomy degree can be cook and chef ,let me tell you the raw truth about most restaurants here that you have mo idea about worked In Multiple American restaurants and the nastiness is still the same but a bit americanize like they still serve food past 1 week to the customers , yes most non foreigners restaurants do that here in the USA, they still pick up food that fell of the floor and serve it ,food from the nasty garbage can where every one spit in goes in your 🍽 ,sneezing on your food ,spit by communicating ,especially during rush hours ,cook that never wear gloves , the anger, cussing, they do everything thing with the kitchen rags . I don't wanna scared you
That’s just nasty, both of them are lying. The health department should close those restaurants ASAP! SMH I used to work in Hialeah (Police Department), I saw some shady things.
You mean people from third world countries have entirely different standards of cleanliness and food safety, and tend to bring those sub-standards with them? Wow shocker........

🤯Don’t expect the city to care! You have to CARE for yourself and value your health. I rarely eat out. If I did, it’s not a hole in a wall like this place. 🤢
The violations are reasonable , but on a ranch, some restaurants or at home, that’s how chicken is prepared fresh, they kill it, pluck it , clean it , cook it, that’s how every animal is cooked, if y’all didn’t know..
I don't buy food from any business establishment operated/owned by immigrants. The American culture of hygiene is totally foreign to most of them. This scene might look disturbing to most American but where she is from is totally normal behavior
I used to eat off the catering trucks aka roach coaches and road side stands, some of the tastiest food around, until I found out where they got their meat, none of it USDA inspected, their suppliers were people who raised animals at home and processed them with out any inspection or testing for parasites and delivered to the restaurant. It is a big money business, and you never know what you may be eating, chicken, cat, dog or who knows. But it's tasty!
You mean farm to table?? Or just random people? I now a lot of restaurants in my area who buy from farmers who sell their meats and product directly to the restaurants. Just depends where you live.
I saw a roach coach owner buying almost expired meat of Smart and Final😏 ( Restaurant Depot) Smart & Final sells that meat at 50%off if it expires that same day😏
Honestly speaking, I see no issue with prepping a chicken on site like that. How different do people think mechanically separated chicken is??? It's the other stacking violations that make *everything* a concern.
The fact it’s bought off the street and prepared in such disgusting conditions is what’s disturbing, nonetheless i get what you’re saying and definitely agree to an extent
Someone tell me how these mfs were even able to open a restaurant. You gotta have all kinds of permits and licenses. Did the health department never come here???? Like wtf
This is nothing compared to any Chinese food or McDonald's you've been to. For real never go to any restaurant in canada. It's entirely foreigners literally serving chunks of horse meat soaked in sugar water and red dye as sweat and sour pork at most stores. They legit buy dead horses from america
Chinese food as in American Chinese food. Not actual Chinese food. It's usually vietnamese or Portuguese or something and they'll treat you like sht and feed you possibly a dead body turned to chicken fried rice
Even I have had to pluck extra feathers from chicken I get from walmart... CHICKEN COMES FROM CHICKENS. Bizarre that people find something uncleanly about feathering and butchering a chicken, when thats all we eat in America. Raw chicken is handled in almost every restaurant in America. Unless she isn't cleaning up after properly, there literally is zero health risks (legal or not).
@@bobbyhillthe3rdyou do know there's different kinds of chicken right? Plus the ones you buy some the store they pump it up to make it look big and juicy.
It's not how she "cleans and handles" raw chicken, it's the fact she's doing it in the same areas where cat turds are, among other violations. Health dept needs major overhaul if they allow this.
At least someone agrees animals in restaurants is disgusting. Here in california, people bring their dogs all over the place: grocery stores, restaurants, etc. You'll see servers petting someone's dog then try to bring you your food. The last time this happened, I literally got up and walked out. Now if I see animals inside/outside, I know these people aren't clean and find another place to dine.
People are treating dogs like they are humans and it's disturbing. They are animals they are replaceable people are not. Dogs are filthy and disgusting and don't belong in establishments or the house. I wouldn't eat from anyone who keeps dogs.
@@francespelletier175Yes. Yes. That’s why we have food safety protocols or procedures & regular or random inspections duh! 🙄 What this lady is doing is beyond disgusting. We won’t know if the meat has been treated for parasites!!!
@@CoreyandCrew Exactly. Look at that prep station (sink). She's butchering, field dressing, and prepping all in the same sink. You think she is sanitizing that area before she "prepares" other food? She's not even wearing gloves. There were already several people who complained of vomiting after eating there.
I'm aware that's absolutely disgusting but I wish we had put this much energy and time into the ingredients that go into 80%of the food on grocery store shelves. We have extremely high standards for cleans hands and food preparation equipment but almost zero standards for the ingredients inside processed foods. Make that make sense🤷♂️

STOP EATING FROM EVERYBODY. Period 😡😡😡😡
Correct, trust no one especially what you eat.
Those are service cats, leave them alone.
😅
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂

pigeon soup, and cat chocolate dessert from Messico and Ew Es Ay 🐦🥣🐈🍫
It's easy to tell if an asian or mexican restaurant is serving dog or cat. If the animals hanging around aren't getting fat then they are serving cat or dog.
The chicken itself doesn’t look too bad. I thought they had given her raw, ready to cook chicken. She got that thing alive and had to slaughter and clean it herself. We do that on the farm. Except we raise it ourselves. Who knows where that chicken had been or had been eating…
pigeon soup, and cat chocolate dessert from Messico and Ew Es Ay 🐦🥣🐈🍫
@@user-hs1fd7ms2uYou've made this same comment like five or six times, Hialeah is Cuban not Mexican
It was the dirty scouring sponge next to the chicken, for me💀
It’s the wtf is she doing for me 😂😂😂
Same

That was the best response, lol
Hold on it's a chicken in there 😂
😂😂
These must be all the restaurants that the New York governor was hoping for? Maybe she can pop in for a quick meal when they reopen.
Looking at outside you can tell whats happening on the inside. Both should've been shut down for good.
📌The one with cats didn't have rodents. Of course, you need to take care of cats properly. It's not the cats' fault.
Ya
BS lady now get back in here I need some salt and pepper for my pigeon it’s a bit bland
Lmao!!😂😂😂😂
💀💀💀🕊️
Yet another example of why I garden and eat at home.
Don't ever go in the kitchen of your favorite restaurant. As a telecom installer, I saw all kinds of crazy chet going on in the back rooms of restaurants.
The first lady was just taking the feathers off the chicken… but if you’ve never done that before it might look disgusting. 😂
Yes but shouldnt be doing that in the restaurant. It stinks
He said when he walked it, it reeked of cat urine inside the building. Pulling the chicken feathers is not disgusting, but the surroundings of the kitchen (cats and rats) is.
Also it was bought off the street
I'm 100% sure she didn't sterilize the sink prior to or after!
Also, that's not a prep sink
You can take people out the mud but you can't take mud out the people.
This could very well happen at a born and bred here person's restaurant as well
In my city it is always the super-cheap Mexican/Asian restaurants that get caught serving cat meat or pigeon or whatever.
You make it sound like it's only Foreigners. Many years back me and my director ate at Shula in Fort Lauderdale and a full grow rat ran across the floor . Yes Rat as in Rato, not Raton ;)
Same here .As someone from a third world country where only people with gastronomy degree can be cook and chef ,let me tell you the raw truth about most restaurants here that you have mo idea about
worked In Multiple American restaurants and the nastiness is still the same but a bit americanize like they still serve food past 1 week to the customers , yes most non foreigners restaurants do that here in the USA, they still pick up food that fell of the floor and serve it ,food from the nasty garbage can where every one spit in goes in your 🍽 ,sneezing on your food ,spit by communicating ,especially during rush hours ,cook that never wear gloves , the anger, cussing, they do everything thing with the kitchen rags . I don't wanna scared you
That’s just nasty, both of them are lying. The health department should close those restaurants ASAP! SMH I used to work in Hialeah (Police Department), I saw some shady things.
😮😢
You mean people from third world countries have entirely different standards of cleanliness and food safety, and tend to bring those sub-standards with them? Wow shocker........
In this part of Florida, it doesn’t surprise us that, aside from a menu item, that pigeon could have been used for A. Medicine or B. A religious ritual. 😂
Cat food
Am guessing MIAMI.
La brujería. This witchcraft only brings misery. Look at the top countries with witchcraft and the living conditions… Haiti is top witchcraft capitol of the world. Also the poorest country in America.
pigeon soup, and cat chocolate dessert from Messico and Ew Es Ay 🐦🥣🐈🍫
It looks like LA. There are plenty of disgusting restaurants and disgusting street vending all over LA so gross! 🤢🤢🤢🤢
🤯Don’t expect the city to care! You have to CARE for yourself and value your health. I rarely eat out. If I did, it’s not a hole in a wall like this place. 🤢
Right who would eat from these hole in the wall yuck 🤮
The violations are reasonable , but on a ranch, some restaurants or at home, that’s how chicken is prepared fresh, they kill it, pluck it , clean it , cook it, that’s how every animal is cooked, if y’all didn’t know..
0:30
Hygiene so bad, they got the news reporter dropping f bombs live 😂.
I said the same thing lol
He goes "what the f*** is she doing" hahaha
For me, it was when he dropped it down a notch whispering into the microphone.......🤭😅
The building is for sale now, so i guess she got too much hate mail and threats. It was built in 1947, and is going for 2.4 million.
Hialeah is a violation within itself.
Home to TK records 🤘
U got THAT RIGHT‼️‼️‼️
Just shut them down period if they can’t handle a restaurant normally then they have no business operating a restaurant
"what is that chicken?" got me in tears 😂
This why I cook my own food
I saw a roach coach owner buying almost expired meat of Smart and Final😏 ( Restaurant Depot) Smart & Final sells that meat at 50%off if it expires that same day😏
These are the same people that come here dissing AMERICANS and their values and want to delineate from us. Go right ahead…….
Like wtf
The government
That's why I only like home cook meals
This is nothing compared to any Chinese food or McDonald's you've been to.
For real never go to any restaurant in canada. It's entirely foreigners literally serving chunks of horse meat soaked in sugar water and red dye as sweat and sour pork at most stores. They legit buy dead horses from america
Chinese food as in American Chinese food. Not actual Chinese food. It's usually vietnamese or Portuguese or something and they'll treat you like sht and feed you possibly a dead body turned to chicken fried rice
I mean honestly the first lady I didn’t see anything wrong with the chicken. How do you think the chicken you eat gets un plucked?
That’s one thing; that chicken looks like it was pulled out of a oil drum.
but pigeons, seriously
Exactly ‼️
It's still a sanitary way to do that too she gross
Cat feces under the counter was the one that made me shudder.
There are strick laws for handling food. Who knows what that chicken was fed or diseases it had.
Nobody was worried that she was cleaning the chicken, it's the fact that she bought it off the streets. It even looked all skinny and sick
Shut up, trying to defend that🤡
@@bobbyhillthe3rdyou do know there's different kinds of chicken right? Plus the ones you buy some the store they pump it up to make it look big and juicy.
It's not how she "cleans and handles" raw chicken, it's the fact she's doing it in the same areas where cat turds are, among other violations. Health dept needs major overhaul if they allow this.
This ain’t Cuba. Close this place permanently.
Lmaooooo "wtf is she doing" I thought this was fake 😂
Grosss, so glad to be vegetarian and cook all my meals at home.
ASPCA supposed to be on the first place!!!! The second restaurant should be inspected weakly 🤮
@@Goldieslaxx9Dogs who are considered as family are equally irreplaceable to their owners.
Just today one urinated right there in the restaurant
@@Goldieslaxx9absolutely agree 💯
Girl don’t play, if they stopped allowing dogs in restaurants how would you go out to eat?
Shut all them nasty so call restaurants down gross🤮
Guess you believe most restaurants are sanitary.
@@francespelletier175Yes. Yes. That’s why we have food safety protocols or procedures & regular or random inspections duh! 🙄 What this lady is doing is beyond disgusting. We won’t know if the meat has been treated for parasites!!!
Wow Florida. The restaurant would be shut down in Alabama!! And they let everyone know the details via local news stations.
God this is the most Hialeah thing I’ve ever seen

Years ago, I saw a story about how Walmart received some of their chicken….I swear, I will never buy meat from Walmart!
Do you have a link or something we can see or read about it? Sounds interesting 😮
Agreed
I don’t, it was over 30 years ago😔
Why would anyone stop and eat at places like this ? One look tells you not a Chance.
Truthfully, I rather eat that chicken because I can see it’s a chicken than eat mystery cardboard tasting chicken McNuggets.
😱😱😱 I wouldn't eat nothing there
You can see that it's a chicken but you can't see that salmonella though lol
The same meat that a mystery man gave her 😂🤢🤢
@@natilyfesalmonella exists in all raw chicken it has to be cooked lol...and other stuff.
@@CoreyandCrew Exactly. Look at that prep station (sink). She's butchering, field dressing, and prepping all in the same sink. You think she is sanitizing that area before she "prepares" other food? She's not even wearing gloves. There were already several people who complained of vomiting after eating there.
I was like, please don't be my favorite Chinese joint, please don't be my favorite Chinese joint
Cook your own food at home folks! If you don’t know how to cook start learning 😂
Why are people complaining? You can't get a fresher chicken than the one you've just plucked! 🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂
Imagine being mad at a small business for buying a REAL chicken, cleaning all the feathers off, and butchering it herself. Where do you think chicken wings and chicken meat come from? Imagine eating chicken from a warehouse/lab instead. Oops that’s what you all prefer now apparently
I don't eat outside, period!!!
Still unsafe to even eat at home because the places where you buy the food are selling bad food & meats as well anything to cut cost these are very uncertain & dreary times stay alert 😒
Hello 126missday i hear you 💯👍 thats crazy never been to Florida but i agree it can surely happen any where.
😂😂😂 This s*** is unbelievable And yet they were allowed to stay in business *WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET SHUTDOWN?* DISSECT A CORPSE on the buffet 😂😂?

Thank GOD, I can cook and choose to eat at home.
When the apocalypse happen her restaurant gonna be a 5 star dinning experience 😂

I prefer to eat at home. More affordable and I know it's clean, healthy and I control what goes into it. Imagine blindly eating at any restaurant and unknowingly eating nasty slop.
