Would love to see you post more videos. There are a lot of cheaper things like supplements, drinks like fit aid and many other products that you see advertised in CrossFit that would be cool to see reviewed or explained. Also many athletes use those pulsing dots to recovery. Either way love the content and would love to see more videos. Thanks!
I appreciate that! Small channel, and just getting started. Every purchase is out of pocket, but doing what I can to reach out to companies to try and get my hands on things - at the very least try and get discounted purchases.
I did do an early review of FitAid's CBD drink, but it's very hard to do those kind of reviews. I do have the PowerDot on my list.

Since it promotes blood flow, have you noticed a chance in your recovery score at night because of that?
I haven't noticed any significant trends in my data because of this. I've also been traveling and doing a lot of things outside of the norm. For me to understand this data, I'd need to really set specific routines and limit the variables. I think this would be incredibly tough to do.
Just from my perceived recovery, it has been better with the boots than without.
How does the Normatech compare to the Leg Compression System by Vive Health?
There are many biases that humans are prone to, and that's without having a vested interest in the result or outcome. There WAS bias in this, it's not possible otherwise. It's just human nature, especially where those humans funded 50% of the this...in any case, I rarely take what these studies conclude without adding lots of salt to it.
Cool to learn about how this works though, which was surprising NOT on their site. It's insane how this product is being marketed...
