  • I'm doing a common brake upgrade on my Yamaha FZR 1000. It uses more modern OEM brakes that just bolt-on. Check this for more details: www.exup1000.co.uk/tech_info_a...
    The brake reservoir bracket I'm mounting is this yamaha part number: 3GM-26292-50-00

    Hi Dave getting the 02 gold spot calipers with pads,, going to RR Front rotors but I need to know the gold calipers will fit over the OEM rotors or buy 02 rotors thank you

      I still have the stock rotors and they work fine!

      I often look stuff like this on partzilla. They will show you other models that have that part, which helps when shopping ebay or other places. I know mine came from a 2002 R1, so I looked up the part for that bike. Here are the links for the left and right caliper assemblies.

    Ciao hai montato le pinze della r1 2002 ? Vanno bene per attacco originale? Devi fare modifica attacco oppure plug e play

      They were plug-n-play, but you'll want to upgrade the master cylinder as well to get good brake feel.
