REMOVING STUCK PISTON IN BRAKE CALIPER (& REBUILDING) on Yamaha VMax 1200

This is STUCK! Even the hydraulics on the bike can not move this piston…
As always when faced with a challenge we manage to come up with a cleaver idea to MacCustom a solution and create a tool to get this job done! This job is GREASY 😂
This is the reason you should be changing your brake fluid more often!
& we also did a rebuild on this caliper as well!

Anybody of thinking of using the grease method, you can buy M10 x 1.25 grease nipples that fit in the banjo hole. Messy job but it does the trick
