Please make an in-depth tips video. I took a hundred photo picture of an onion and it didn’t turn out well. I am on iPhone 15

If you're using photo mode, a good option would be to watch some basic "photogrammetry" tutorial videos on TH-cam. Essentially you first want to do a zoomed out pass around an imagined sphere (so concentric circles, all aimed inwards at the object you're capturing, in this case the onion). Then, move in closer to the onion, and do the same thing from a much closer imaginary sphere, to get all those up-close details. This gets even more important when you're capturing an object with little details and gaps and holes and sticking-out-bits, where you want to get pictures from every angle! However, if you're using lidar mode, know that the iPhone sensor is not very precise, so you'll have a better time using the lidar to capture larger scenes where small details are less important.
