      If you enjoy ideas about masculinity and mastery, I invite you to explore the videos I share on the Mastery Order Channel.
      Challenge yourself with some concepts about manhood, explore your masculine potential to the maximum and become the kind of man you would look up to.
      We can only better ourselves together, as men among men, so I invite you to use what I share and, of course, share your own thoughts and opinions so that others can benefit from them as well.
      All the best to you!

    Your books are helping me a lot. I'm learning how to apply all of the things you teach in your books such as Mastery, Laws of Human Nature, The Art of Seduction, 33 Strategies of war, and The 48 Laws of Power. Your books helped me understand people more and it also helped me become much more emotionally mature.

    Robert Greene changed my life. I got kicked out of School when I was 13, the first I book I ever willingly read was 48 Laws Of Power when I was 17. It showed me that the people around me had envy and I was not aware of it. It also slapped me in the face & made me realise I wasn’t a very nice person myself. Simply brilliant book - 48 laws of power.... its so realistic, pragmatic and practical in today's fast paced, competitive world. Its so brutally honest unlike so many other books which are highly idealistic and impractical. Thank you so much Mr Greene and God bless you always.

  • @eurika297
    @eurika297 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Law #48 is really the answer to people who takes every laws literally and criticize the book for any contradiction.
    Robert is right about Assuming formlessness because even if the list of laws of power works, it doesn't mean it can be used to every situation. Every event, every person, every circumstance is unique. The greatest power a person can have is having the ability to assess and determine when or when not to deploy these tactics accordingly.

    Robert Greene is such a dynamic thinker... I'm so grateful someone like him really exists- gracing us with remarkable wisdom and knowledge and insights. Slowly and certainly we are realizing how vast, and abstract the mind and the invisible world is. And their impacts and influence on manifested reality.

    just bought this as my first ever book its changed my life

  • @userone7057
    @userone7057 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I first spotted this book in my mother's collection when I was in middle school or high school. Her library included motivational stories and some material on psychology.
    The reason I read The Laws of Human Nature initially was that, from a personal point of view, I never really believed in my dad's persona and felt he had an inaccurate perception of the book, and I found the concept of truly comprehending others to be appealing. The only way I became aware of the creation of this book was through a video featuring you and J. Peterson that lasted for 8 minutes.
    I learned the importance of adhering to rule number one through a trying experience, especially when I began working remotely due to the pandemic. I'm highly agreeable and I wasn't aware of my past traumas. In the end, I realized that most of my landlords were impossible to please and that my own needs with regard to work and well-being had to take precedence over their unmet wants stemming from childhood.

  • @AV4Life
    @AV4Life ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Another way I think about Law 48: Assume formlessness is to be well-rounded in multiple areas of life, and not just rigid at one thing.
    Of course, according to Mastery you should spend most of your time towards your life’s task. However, if you’re above average in finances, above average in vocabulary and articulation, above average in appearance, physical stature, fighting ability, history, social skills, etc. etc. then that will add up to be really powerful. So I ideally you do a lot of this in your 20s and not waste time on superficial things.
    Don’t take this as gospel, feel free to disagree, but that was sort of thought-provoking to me.

    Don't outshine the master. Very valuable lesson for me. It's funny, I'd learned of this rule just after learning it the hard way. Although I'd not conceptualized it until reading it from Robert. Which is interesting, had I not read about it I probably wouldn't have put it together that what I did was a detrimental move. I'd have thought it was just some unpredictable situation and I did nothing wrong, but that's not true, I crossed a line that I didn't know existed, but should have known. Sometimes something can be right in front of you but it takes someone else to point it out or piece it together. Roberts good about that.

Love the part where you shared that your inside writer voice, it got super tiny & quiet & yet didn't go away. And you revived your writer voice back up, and wrestled it back up to greatness. And you shared with the world real tools we can understand. It's also Greek, maybe. The individual.

    Thank you for your work, Robert. It has made a massive positive difference in all walks of my life. Not only has it allowed me to grip reality in ways I never thought would be possible, it has also allowed me to live by much higher moral standards.
