Every time I see something new in Japan, the more I am determined to visit. I'm quite old and the clock is ticking down the minutes. Hoping to be there for Christmas 2025 through to New Years, even if I have to travel alone!
The tonkatsu looked so good. I have miso soup almost every day and now I'm on a hunt for the perfect miso glaze to make.
Cheers from the Niagara Region 🇨🇦

Nagoya Castle looked AMAZING, and I am soon gonna read it's history! (I love things like that!) The Waraji Katsu meal looked so YUM! I now have to try to see if any of the places around me make the dish! Thank you for another wonderful video, and stay safe in your travels dear friend!
