Actually I dont think that you are correctly analyzing the supreme court decision. The Court did not say that a president is immune to all prosecution but clarified what a president can and cannot be prosecuted for and kicked the matter back to the lower court. If there is a true threat to the Democratic Republic and constitution its from a sitting president criticizing the supreme court publicly...newsflash, that is called separation of powers and the SC does not work for the president. Frankly I'm not a fan of either candidate but I am more disturbed by the left crying like babies when they dont get their way. The same goes for the right as it applies.
