Turning off write-cache buffer is generally not a good idea. If you have a power outage, you could lose files or corrupt the file system. I recommend keeping that on unless you don't care and just want the maximum performance from your ssd.
Some of the things you can't uninstall can be uninstalled using the package manager and powershell, look it up, its really nice to get rid of stuff you won't use

@Mac Pot Have you looked lately because I've not seen those for a while now (ignoring the likely scammers with less than 10 feedback), in fact $12.50 is the best price I've seen recently.
Beware of turning on "turn off write-cache buffer" as it can corrupt all data on the drive Hard drives and SSDs have a small amount of volatile memory that loses its data when the power goes out. It uses this to accelerate writing to a disk - stuff is "written" to the cache, the hard drive reports the write as done to your OS and then does the rest of the work in its own time. If the power goes out you can get caught in the middle of a write and lose/corrupt all the data from the cache
Why not use hibernate? I use it to get back into the action of my applications when I boot up my computer. If I shutdown, I have to open up apps every time I boot up.
System Restore can be a lifesaver if you're running unstable builds or anything else that might corrupt your Windows system or other files. Not recommended to turn it off UNLESS you're regularly backing up Windows or a disk image in some other way. System Restore has fixed a lot of problems for me over the years - I'd never, ever disable it, much less delete the known-working restore points that it's maintaining. With the low cost of huge storage H/W these days, the rationale of 'saving storage space' no longer makes sense, IMHO.
