    Nice video...crisp, quick, efficient and super clear. Thanks for posting. I was able to use it to successfully replace the screen on my Droid Turbo 2. I'd add the following comments now that I've successfully gone through the process. If you are just replacing the screen only (without the supporting aluminum backing) as I did, you can skip Step 6 ("removing small parts from screen assembly") and go right from removing the battery to removing the LCD Screen Supporting Frame. The real fun part (which your video doesn't show) is then separating the existing glass (plastic, really) screen from the aluminum backing. It's doable, however, by using the heat gun and methodically prying the glass from the aluminum by going around the frame with a spudger. Thanks again for posting the video.

    Is it still worth it to fix this kind of phone today? Just found one like this on a friend's garage with 2 black spot on the screen. Thinking about replacing it. Nice vid by the way.
