    1 cup raw peanuts
    1/2 cup gram dal
    1/4 cup sliced almonds
    1/4 cup cashews
    1 tsp jeera
    1 sprig of curry leaves
    6 green chilies
    2 tbsp sunflower seeds
    3 tbsp black raisins
    3 tbsp golden raisins
    2 tbsp black and white sesame seeds
    pink salt as needed
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper powder
    1 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)

    Millet Poha is a healthy take on the recular poha recipe where the poha (flattend rice) is replaced with flattend millet. It is perfect to serve for breakfast or evening snacks (vegan, gluten-free). Millets have more protein and fibers than rice. Millets also have more vitamins and minerals as compared to rice. They are great for people with diabetes: because of their low glycemic index (they are digested and absorbed slowly). Cheers, Domenico.
