Texas Blizzard and Texas Eating!

Going on three days of power outage and record cold in central Texas, my supply of food is thawing and I have to cook it up before it goes to waste. I had three bags of flash frozen chicken thaw out so I threw one in a pot with all the veggies I could find. I also decided to make some Texas jalapeno poppers to keep warm. The airplane is safe in the hangar but I'm running out of firewood. The good news is that the power came back on right after I finished this video.
