I'm super fit. Weight 87lb at 4 foot 9. Very lean, you can see my muscles. I don't believe exercise or body weight is the issue. I've had cellulite since I was about 9yrs old. I think it's genetic or hormones ir a bit of both. Only about 15%bodyfat. Big or thin you can still have cellulite.

That is true no matter the size it's all genetic and hormone based.
