    I get that Congress doesn't want 1 H1B recipient to bring a whole family of people to eventually take jobs that don't have a shortage, but there has to be a better solution.
    It sound like they don't even qualify for advance parole to for important travel or simply make connections and return?

    Need some clarification...we're they born in USA or were born in India then moved to USA?

      The video is about people who were born in India (or elsewhere outside the US) that came to and remained legally in USA. For example the children of H1b holders.

      @@YudiJ Boise University is hidden , it seems that they are offering good number of assistantships , good research is going on, Boise /Idaho is fast developing city and state.

    Just move to another English speaking country. UK, Canada, Australia. They giving visas easily. Canada is just above.
