Do you have a turbo engine? The exhaust was advertised to fit 02-07 WRX but it also fits our older cars. If you have the non turbo motor I believe you might have to extend the pipe a little bit but I could be wrong, for the most part though it will hook up to your original exhaust mounts just fine, any local exhaust shop would be able to take care of it for you
It all depends on the neighbours you have and the area you live in, my neighbours personally have never really complained for the years I’ve been having loud vehicles here. I don’t see this exhaust being an issue with my neighbours unless I rev my car at 7 in the morning, I usually just start it and go so I don’t disturb anyone
