    As a trainer I stay in pretty good shape year round myself, but it seems like I'm always the one motivating everyone else.
    You're one of the few people I watch that actually gives me motivation. I guess we never truly know who we are inspiring by our own actions. Thanks a lot.🙏🏽💪🏾

      Your one motivation should be making others lives better, cause that's what you do. Being in shape and fit is the most rewarding thing ever and when you can get someone in shape and they're happy to be there and not where they use to be, that's an amazing experience.

    One small tip: use the other side of your knife when shoving it off the cutting board so it stays sharper! :D

      Yes! I thought I was the only person in the world to use the blunt side of the knife like that. Even Michelin star chefs you see dragging the sharp edge they just spent ages honing across the board. It makes me wince.

    I have a dark green leafy salad almost every day. Today I added blueberries and apple slices. But, I love to cut cherry tomatoes and red grapes in half and use a raspberry vinaigrette. The sweet and acid is a real treat. I also use a lot of pomegranates on everything. Blueberries and pomegranates are my superfood. Tip: buy a big bag of dried cranberries. Soak them in a tub of water overnight. Pour off the water and soak again overnight. Pouring off the water removes all the added sugar and the rehydrating makes them easier to digest. All dried fruits taste much better after doing the same thing. Dried apple rings are awesome. The beauty of living in California is fruit is cheap and available year round!

    *My go to salad is Spinach or mixed field greens for the Base. Sweet potatoes, apples, tomatoes, devil egg(just egg white sometimes), plain sunflower seeds, crispy chickpeas and baked chicken breast with either Balsamic or French dressing. Days I don’t eat meat I replace it with wild rice and beans. Eat it every day and honestly don’t get tired of it*

    Warm your oven up QUICKLY by setting it to BROIL for only 3 to 5 minutes!!!! Then turn it to the recommended cooking temperature (it BEEPS it’s at that temperature); pop in your dish and you’re good-to-go! 😋

    Fiber bound sugars found in fruits and vegetables like the cranberries are nothing like the refined sugars we usually think of. They've even been shown to reduce the risk of diabetes and the fiber that comes with the fruit helps you know when you're full. They have a bad rep but it's probably doing more bad than good by keeping them out. Especially because the meat and its fat and the oil on it will spike your blood flat and the berries will help prevent that. Also the GMO ones with less sugar are probibley more processed and worse for you.

    Just butterfly it, season it without oil and put it on a grillpan. 2 min per side on full power and you are done. Juicy tender and most importandly, crispy chicken.
    Less energy, healthier (because you can use way less oil) and environment freindly.

    This looks amazing! I love this idea of a nice salad but I have some ideas to kick it up if I may. It takes some time but it will really enhance the taste of this meal.
    1. Cook the chicken 2 less minutes and let it sit for about 8 minutes before you cut it (maybe you did this already) to keep it from losing any juices.
    2. Toast your nuts! Med high heat on stove just until you can smell them (5 - 7 minutes). Just do the whole bag, let them cool and put them back. Crazy flavor!
    3. Rip up your greens. The size of the leaves makes a huge difference.

    Brother try the Moroccan spice called " Ras el Hanout " there are 24 to 27 different spices inside it. I am sure you will love it. Also try " Dates " they have many vitamines and minerals. But only eat a few they are very calorie dense. Take it easy brother and take care. Many blessings

    I love how you incorporate nutrition as well. I love salads. I put cottage cheese chicken, eggs and beans in it and different kinds of salads. I put cranberry and sunflower seeds in mine as well. Saladworks has amazing salads. Sometimes I bread my chicken as well. I need a bread roll with my salad though.

      Except for the blatant fact that gear doesn't keep you shredded year round, even with great genetics. There is no escaping diet and hardwork no matter how much you wish to. Bodybuilders on grams on gear are still fat and bloated unless they diet and train hard.

    Do you have a cook book diet or ebook to show a healthy meal plan if so how much.. I been trying to figure out this healthy eating lifestyle for years. I been watching your videos for a minute and I really respect the truthfulness you have when you be explaining how to do this but I'm a beginner at this I'm not going to lie at all.. I'm 270 something and weight in I really want this gone no lie

    I think you might be my brother from another mother because I love all the same amazing ingredients on my salads 🥗 ! If you want to try a great store bought dressing for a change Makoto is my absolute favorite. It's a sesame ginger dressing black bottle with the Samurai. Hope you love it! 😇

    ive lost 28 pounds as of now and i made chicken today and used cajun seasoning along with others mostly spicy stuff because thats what i like. but i enjoyed your video and will be subscribing right now.
