    FINALLY, someone that is telling it the way it is on the ab workouts. You can't target fat, you can only do your best to work it off the entire body, thus his treadmill etc. work as part of his overall abs session is spot on perfect.

    Thanks so much! This was very helpful and informative, I was focusing on the Ab exercises & doing less cardio which is why I haven’t seen much results. I’m going to reverse my routine now 👍🏾

    This was real helpful. Never realized the reason I "don't have abs" is just that I need to drop weight. I'll stop trying to use planks and crunches to do this when what I really need is better cardio and less after dinner snacking.

    I don't think anyone will actually read this, but I've been doing this workout and the waist fat burn workout everyday without a rest for almost a month now (before that I was doing lower belly fat burn for about 2 months without rest days) and i've seen a lot more tone in my overall body shape, I would highly recommend pairing with videos and also adding a daily walk/ bike ride and a calorie deficit to see results much more quickly and significantly, you've got this!

    This is a solid video man... most people dont know this. I play football (soccer for the yanks) and the training is very much cardio focused. For us average looking people, the simple part is to spend time on cardio, the DIFFICULTY is to match it with sensible eating. Everything else will come naturally with a consistent workout. Big up Simeon!

    Dude, that was the best explanation i have seen. Learnt alot and will definitely apply it to my routine. Question, how do I retain my muscle mass whilst doing more cardio to get six pack? Dont want it to affect my gains. My diet is pretty good with mixture of protiens and carbs. Thanks mate, keep it up.

      Just week lifting weights so u keep the muscle mass if u stop lifting and just do cardio u will lose ur gains and I have a question for u how do I figure out my maintenance calories?

    I'm currently trying to get all my abs to show. My bodyfat is around 14% and I'm have a hard time burning the fat off my lower belly.
