Okay….I’ve been saying this since April 15, 2011. Scream 4 is iconic and the best Scream sequel so far. Jill Roberts is the best “Ghostface” and she is way ahead of her time. In my world, Jill survives and gets away with it. Love the reveal in this film and is so rewatchable. I feel like every time i watch her third act reveal it’s like I’m watching it for the first time again. So epic!!
For Scream 6, I kinda want to see a Kirby flashback. I want to see the aftermath of what happened to her in Scream 4 after she got stabbed. I want to see her recovery, and I want to see her journey becoming an FBI and using her trauma to help other. Kirby is my QUEEN, and I’m so glad Hayden came back.
The Robbie flashback had me crying 🤣
I love this movie soo much!!! and it's by far the best ending to any of the movies!! agree with you both, This one ends with that haunting music and the closeup of Jill's lifeless face, while the reporters outside give her the story she always wanted, but she never lived to see it. ICONIC!!

The Ghostface calls in this installment are the best since the OG! Robbie and Jill are so damn ruthless! Also, that opening title card with Something To Die For + Aimee Teegarden’s echoing final scream is masterful 🤌🏻
Most horrifying thing about Scream 4 is how disrespectful gay twitter would be in the Scream world. Like just all of them calling for #JusticeforJill and making fan cams out of her footage. She would be mother. Just so wild lmao

What makes Jill the best ghostface killer to me was just because she was the closest out of all of them to get away with murder and the fact that she truly was pure evil. She killed her own mom lol she had zero empathy. So my own personal opinion she's better than Billy because his motive was basically because he missed his Mommy lol

This movie was filmed all around Michigan where I live. I may or may not have driven by Jill's house once or twice. Just to take it all in. lol
The parallels in this installment are crazy good! Like, going back to Casey Becker … the scene with Charlie “tied up” like Casey’s bf is sooooo juicy creepy. The set is almost exactly the same. Cut to Sydney jumping/pushed off of the roof and I have chills every time! There is a very good reason Scream 4 & Scream 1 are the best of the franchise ❤
First, in every Scream movie there was a different killer who was connected to the previous films killers and Sidney. And it WORKED. HOWEVER, Jill Roberts needed to be and SHOULD have been a repeat killer! I'm such a Jill fan as much as I'm a Sidney fan. But credit where credit is due, having Billy Loomis's illegitimate daughter be the new Sidney is genius. And I'm thrilled that Kirby LIVED!! I loved her! Anyway, luv u guys thanks for another movie night!

i heard somewhere kirby was meant to be a final girl. she was a reserved final girl in case the actress who played sidney prescott declined to be on scream 4. if that happened kirby would've been the main character. It made total sense bc kirby just oozed final girl out of her pores
That makes so much sense because Hayden did an interview recently and said that she was offered the Kirby role, she didn't have to audition for it.

I will forever be an orginal girl and Stu will always be my number 1 ghost face but Jill is 100 percent my number 2 and my all time favorite side character is Kirby she even took Randys spot for me in this whole franchise! I am so EXCITED to see her return in the new movie!! This is also my favorite horror genre series and a happy to see it still going strong! Also, can we take a minute to recognize that this is how you make yourself look like a victim - f yourself up AFTER you have dispatched of everyone (or after you think you have in this case). I never understood why Billy and Stu - with all their careful planning - thought it was a good idea to maim each other before carrying out their plan.

In response to your question about reacting to shaun of the dead: YES YES PLS 💕 It’s one of my favorite movies, it’s hilarious and scary and edgar wright is one of my favorite directors. Hot Fuzz and The World’s End are also really amazing films by him starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, with a lot of repeated actors playing different roles.

This movie came out around my birthday and I was super excited to see this movie in theaters. The opening scene is everything plus Britt Robertson, Hayden Panettiere and Lucy Hale were my favorite around that time.
Scream 4 is so good and ahead of it's time! I love it so much and to me is really a perfect update to Scream. I think Scream 5 was pretty bad in comparison lol. I'm so pumped to see Kirby back, hope she isn't wasted and not just a few scenes. Jill is one of the best haha!

I love the crazy multiple beginnings of this movie. That the _Stab_ movies have gotten so meta the characters in them are discussing, not a made-up, in-universe movies series based on the murders _(Slash?),_ but the _Stab_ movies themselves is so bizarre that you have to love it.

I agree that Jill is a great Ghostface. I remember being in awe of her doing the self harm in order to stage the "sole survivor" lie she was pushing. The escalating stuff like pulling her hair out with another person's hand culninating with frikkin jumping on a glass table...wow.

The girl in the "real" opening turning out to have been the girl Jill's boyfriend cheated on her with.
I think, after so long, I know what Kirby's last chance question was gonna be: "Name the remake of the groundbreaking horror movie, in which the villain is related to the Final Girl." Which, if Kirby had stopped for 3 seconds and let them finish, she MIGHT have figured everything out.
On another note, the whole hospital scene at the end, wasn't supposed to happen. It was meant to end the movie when Jill is taken into the ambulance and then Scream 5 was meant to follow Jill being harassed by a new Ghostface, while (I think) also trying to keep Sidney or anyone from finding out about what she did in the previous film.

Dewey is so hot in this one. Though I must say though fun this movie has the absolute worst filter. Worst part of the whole thing. Love Jill though. Can't be my fave cause they changed to many previous facts and created too many plot holes but I live for an hr of petty pumpkins. Today was the funeral of a 2 yr old family member so this lifted my spirits so much. ❤️
