Good review Brett, so good that I’ve bought one! Gets delivered on thurs, 125 in gun metal grey. Same one as you’re riding in this vid. Really looking forward to riding it.

@@BikeMatters yes it did, lovely bike. Just riding it around the country roads at the moment to run in the engine, dealer told me I should stick to under 40mph for the first 100miles as the engine will last a lot longer if you don’t thrape it straight away. He also warned me about the dangers of using cheap petrol in it from smaller independent petrol stations.. as the can bugger up the engine. Do you know anything about this?

Rode one today on a cbt and the seat is so hard i couldn't ride it for more than 20 minutes comfortabley glad i got a honda forza
I have a diablo. What a great little bike. Blow the engine a 7000km and rebuilt it my self for less then £100. what more can you ask for cheap bike and parts are penny's
Anyway to make it a tad faster it struggles to do 55mph I'm constantly over taken on Motorways and Duel Carriageway
Hi I just bought a lexmoto diablo 50cc brand new out of the dealership. I haven't even taken for it a ride yet as waiting for my insurance, I woke up this morning and wanted to see if started okay as my insurance will start on Friday and wanted to take it out for a ride, but it won't start, it has a full tank of petrol. it started okay in the shop and when I got it home it started again with no problems. my question is if you know, can I ask for a full refund as I have done my research today to find a solution to my problem and have seen a lot of similar problems with the diablo with starting. if you possibly know if I can return the bike get a full refund, I'd really appreciate any help or suggestions 👍
Hi, Are you holding the brake and then pushing the electric start button? Make sure to follow normal start up procedure first.
If still no good, I would talk to your dealer where you purchased the scooter from in the first instance and see how this could be resolved.
Anyone else having cut out issues .... I just bought one and its cut out about 50 times so far.....when it goes it goes fine but when I stop at junctions roundabouts ect it cuts out!!

Help!!!!!! I have a lexmoto echo 50.its a 2019 plate.4 stroke. The problem is that the engine light flashes 4 times on and off again why???
when does it make the light flash only when starting or when riding too?
When riding .when i turn the bike on it comes on then gose off .then it flashes 4 times when i ride it. Yesterday i went on it and it didnt flash at all ..its weird? Do u no why please

I have had this moped for a year now and I love it. Just a shame it tops out at 56mph and the speedo is annoyingly in kph for the primary scale.
How many miles have you did ? And what about failure frequency ?
Anyway to get it Faster? Sports Exhaust?
@@tomaszpakua2457 I've done about 6k miles in 2 years. Until I had my very first fall the bike was fully reliable. Got it fixed and have had no.problems since. Just need to make sure you get it serviced properly.
@@zakvondaniken9327 I'm not sure, it could be worth doing that but it would probably be a lot noisier.
@@zakvondaniken9327 adding a sports exhaust does nothing other than make it annoyingly loud. Just do general cvt tuning.. (kevlar belt, lighter rollers, white contra spring for the clutch)
Hi,I bought my Diablo last month very suite and enjoyable,but I’m a little bit confused about the first service? Is it at 300 miles or at 1000km as mentioned in the service book? Because I don’t wish to do anything that could invalidate my warranty. Thanks
Hi its usually about 300 miles maybe check from where you bought it from

Great scoot for the money, although I would happily pay them more, for more power, if it topped out at 65mph and costed more to do so, then here's the money.
I know what you been. Sadly the newer EFI don't seem to allow as much tuning either.

About 150 to 200 miles i recon but I don't have one.

@@sohailsk5377 Hi. I never bought one. Where I live in London there is no bike school to get the license. I endet up buying a mountain e bike. In the end it was the best solution. Never had a problem and the bike did the job no matter what.
Bikes too slow to be called a 125cc my Aerox 100cc went 60MPH no problem this struggles to get to 55MPH how can I make it Faster will a Sports Exhaust be worth it?
Comes with 2year warranty right? Are these reliable if used normally
As we have the bikes only for a short amount of time, I would always recommend seeing some thoughts on owner groups and forums to see what people say after a few months.
Lexmoto has quite the dealership network across the UK so chances are you probably have a local Lexmoto dealer which is usually quite handy.

1P52QMI, which I think is a number associated with the GY6.

First scooter I’ve had and I’m absolutely loving it, had it for a few days now and I’ve got no complaints, I’ve hit nearly 70mph on mine which caught me off guard.
55mph from a 125cc? where did they find that speedo? the 80's?

Thats a nice 125 scooter may have to look into one of them one's nice looking scooter I am/was looking into getting another motorcycle ( haven't currontly got one any more two wheels are much better than four ) living in a city now a scooter would probably be better 🤔 ? ?
If your in a busy town and city, sometime scooters can be easier to live with thanks to the twist n go transmission - don't have to worry about gears!
@@BikeMatters cool i was in a of a dilemma weather to go back to a motorbike or scooter have noticed that where I'm in living in a city now more and more people are going for the scooter option as where i originally lived it was more motorbikes would you think 50cc or a 125cc would be better for city use as their is normally a far bit traffic where I'm living?
@@interestingfamilyorigin3574 All down to personal choice. Me, I would favour a 125, for the increased top speed and acceleration. A restricted 50cc will be 30mph tops, a 125cc will be around 60mph like I say with much better pull.

Doubt you'll be able to do much with the fuel injection versions to gain much more power. Best place to look will probably be owner groups.
No. They ain't like carb 2 strokes.
Full marks to Lexmoto, an English company commissioning the production of affordable transport from companies that can do the job. That's why the original Cub C90 was produced, wouldn't buy the modern Cub though, 3 grand.
Cheap and affordable transport during tough times, no surprise Lexmoto sells so many units.

It's questionable, best to sit on one in a show room and see, I feel it might lack enough leg room for you.

Nice review, but I'm so tired of Chinese products that are "European styled". Can those people not develop their own style without ripping off foreign ideas? The whole culture seems based on ripping off foreign competition, then doing it less well with products that don't last. LexMoto can come back when it has a 10 year track record of quality without any rip offs of Western ideas.
This was due to working with Italjet initially with the Italian styling.
Lexmoto are actually a UK company, they work with factories in China and bring over bikes that they believe in. The quality of Chinese bikes are improving all the time, a lot of big brands are having bikes produced in China nowadays.

Wait a minute.... this chinese scooter has front and rear disks but Honda pcx has a rear drum brake.... are chinese bikes becoming superior now?

This bike is crap. Not sure how you missed in your review. 1) the breather hose stop leaks getting oil on your rear tyre. 2) the mirrors lack adjustability. 3) the centre stand decks the floor on nearly every corner. 4) the suspension is terrible and fails to soak up bumps so you get thrown around on non smooth roads
Would it still be any good in early 2023? Price has increased up to 2200 odd but I love how it looks and I don't want anything with gears.
I haven't tested the latest euro 5 version so hard to say I would expect it is still decent, there are lots of scooters options out there. We just put a video live this evening of my top 10 125cc scooters for 2023 in case that interests you.
@@BikeMatters have you looked at any Sym scooters? I went to my local dealership to have a look at bikes and the blokes in there said that sym are the best option if I can't afford any of the more expensive brands like Honda.
What is the current price of this in uk ?
About 1900 quid including otr costs, mate bought one few weeks ago December 2023
