This looks like a perfect make it your own casserole by changing up rice-a-roni flavor, or cream soup, veg, cheese or even meat. Maybe Spanish rice with ground beef, peppers, nacho soup, and Mexican cheese. Looks so tasty.

Here's another fast delicious one. Brown 1lb. Hamburger meat. Drain and set aside. Fix one box of beef rice a roni. When you add the water mixture, add the browned meat in, cover and cook until rice is cooked. Fluff with a fork and you are good to go. Yummy 😋 love your channel 🌴

Yeah and I had just taken chicken out of the freezer to thaw out, great timing , great recipe. I substitute chicken broth for the water it adds a great taste.
Catherine, I made this casserole tonight for dinner but used broccoli ln lieu of spinach. It was amazing. My husband loved it and my 16 y.o. granddaughter stopped by and ate a big serving and said it was delicious...a big hit and will go on rotation at my house. Thanks for the video

This is soooo good!! I used a 10 ounce box of frozen chopped broccoli, (it's what I had in my freezer), a lemon pepper rotisserie chicken, and a combo of shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheese. I will definitely make it again. Thanks for the great recipe 😄

Oh my!! Those are my two words to describe this dish!!!- this was awesome! I added my own little twists to this/(cheddar cheese with the mixture, fresh thyme and popcorn chicken ( bc I was on a budget) mozzarella and French fried onions with mozzarella on top!! I also added broccoli with cheese instead of spinach.. very good Thank you for this casserole recipe!

I made this recipe, but forgot the cream of chicken soup. It was dry. So I threw everything in a big bowl added the soup and about a cup of chicken stock. Put it in my pan and stuck it in the refrigerator. Next day put it in 325 oven to warm. In 30 minutes I put on the cheese. Let it melt a little. Put on your Ritz cracker and butter topping and let it bake until crackers were toasty. Yum. I’ll be making it again, hopefully the correct way first. If not, it can always be saved by doctoring it up. Love watching you and your videos.
