- LEAVING MY TRIP BEHIND - I need to find a BARONG for my friend's WEDDING in the PHILIPPINES!
My friends Kulas and Therine are getting married soon.... and I need a new barong, in a different style to my current one! So I'll be adding to the collection....
My six week trip north is done, and so I recap that first.
Then it's errands in Davao - including the all important barong purchase!
Finally, I review the motorbike that I've been doing this trip on - the Suzuki V-Strom 250!

KD your travel to the Philippines is truly inspiring. It is educational discovering the different places , the cultures of the people, traditions and their heritage. It is very awesome on your part to established THE BOND OF FRIENDSHIPS TO THR FILIPINO PEOPLE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PASSION you earned money on it but personally fulfilling with full of knowledge and understanding WHAT TRULY FILIPINO IS ALL ABOUT.
KD you become a travel buddy who dwell in documenting all aspect of every nook and cranny of our countryside....so much respect of what you have accomplished and continue aspiring for more.....and the bond of Friendship with Klye and the rest are so much to look forward too....there are no words to describe the FRIENDSHIP who look for each other with LOVE....keep going Anselm, regards to your beautiful wife and princess Lily....God bless.
Most Filipinos can only dream of the places you've been in their own country.
KD, congratulations on the burgeoning success of your kalamansi orchard! It's looking so good these days.
So impressive that you put on 7500 km during this trip, and the way you recapped it in this video was beautifully done. Looks like you've gotten the right tool for the job by getting the V-Strom. Wishing you many happy trails in the days to come.💪🤙
You’re an incredible person. Joyful, adventurous, positive even when you’re just describing your motorbike. Your wife & daughter are beautiful. Thanks for your vlogs around the Philippines. An amazing adventure and journeys I will not be able to experience like you’re doing. 👍🥰
Gee's I am a filipino, but I have never traveled & reached those places you have gone to! Thanks for showing us those far away places, Kumander D. Pag amping kanunay sa imong travel ! Enjoy your presence @ Kyle & Therine's wedding. By the way, you look handsome in your Barong tagalog! Ingat !
What an inspiration you are Mate , this is really what you were meant to do vlogging, travel safe Mate
Awesome recap of your epic motor adventure. So many stories to remember and fantastic landscapes to reminisce. Good to see you back in Davao City (the city where I come from) bonding with your beautiful daughter. We're looking forward now to seeing you at Kulas' wedding. Congratulations on your successful road test of your new motorcycle. It was a good choice. Looking forward to your next vlogs.
Hello KD, congrats, your cinematography is progressing real well. I like the drone shots and the integration of advance editing to bring in the right arrangement of the different angle shots. You have natural instincts, and I will continue to pinpoint new techniques you could introduce to your future work.
And yes, Kulas and Therine will be having their wedding soon.
Enjoy my friend your time home.
KD, awesome compilation of your PH travels. What can I say... really speechless. The vstrom 250 is perfect for on n off-road runs. Can't wait to see Kulas's wedding celebration...
Amazing video shots, drones, etc. Great vlogging, KD, and may you continually be blessed. I'm feeling I was there with you when you're travelling.
🏍 This is the BEST compilation of a TRAVEL vlog series in Pinas that I've watched! 🇵🇭 Not at all surprised that it's by KUMANDER D. We're so blessed that you fought your way back from a couple of failed projects long ago. LOOK at where YOU are now. That six-week TREK you just completed was a MASSIVE one. It's worthy of more attention and recognition. Bravo, Anselm/KD! You did it again. 🍻
We've been watching you since you started vlogging & it's awesome to see how you've grown. Love how you stay genuine, but my favorite is how you laugh. Your laughter is contagious & brings joy into our day. Thank you for your hard work! Stay safe & enjoying life 🥰
Oh my God, commander Daot this is the best video I ever seen. It’s very well shot and very clear, I will be surprised if the Philippines tourism will not buy this or support it. You can even sell it or can use it for a world class competition. I am very impressed. Good job 😮
What an exciting adventure!
Wow my first favorite mall in Davao victoria plaza😮
Glad you made it home safely! It was surely an epic run for you! 💪
Damn, that is one beast of a motorbike getting you through all those conditions!
What a significant journey! It's always enlightening to watch your adventures. There's always something to gain from it. Good on ya, mate! Cheers!

Yes. Me 2.
This should be going millions. I hope pinoy support this channel. Thank u showing us how amazing villages.
I thought this video was all about buying a barong. But I was completely blown away with the beauty of the Philippines show cased in this video! I was born and raised in the Philippines but I only visited a few places in the Visayas and mostly in Luzon. But I haven't seen Mindanao.
That was full pack, man!🤩 I enjoyed watching your video Kumander Daot! Can't wait for the next one! 👍👍👍
the throttle control in muddy and slippery road, sandy road is a must.
Your shots are getting better and better. Keep it up KD!
Kumander Daot = Legendary
This is really an adventure KD.
Thank you for extending my eyesight. Beautiful country.
Yes, the 250cc engine size is a great match for the islands. I love Hondas but now I will test ride a V-strom 250 before I buy my next bike. Ride-free Kumander.
You have given the Philippines a proper "mano po". Well done, Kumander! I like your motorbike because it is plenty visible. Preferred 650cc dirtbike when I was young. 250cc better for me now that I'm old.
Your home KD baby Lily is happy to see her Daddy.
Thank you Kumander Daot for sharing this video to us. I never been there and it's nice to see the view that I haven't seen. wow!! it's amazing. Have fun and enjoy your trip. Becareful always. Don't go or do if you're not sure. Maybe ask. yah.. God Bless.
I worked/lived in Cagayan Valley years ago, I didn't see its beauty the same way you captured it. Thank you for sharing the scenaries through your eyes.❤

Thanks KD for traveling with you....just watching your vlogs I already traveled the Philippines. Very educational too. 🤙
One of the Many great things about life in the Philippines is that you can get stuff fixed relatively easily and cheaply. Important in your case as they are tools of your trade. Great to find a bike that fits like a glove and simply does what you want.. Perfect. love standing on the pedals on an E-Bike...Feels like you are flying.
KD you should invest in a crashguard for your ride. It will save you and your motorcycle one day. Plus there will be more places you can hang extra gear and make the bike look cooler!
Wow you've seen more of Philippines than most of us Filipinos did! Well done! Keep sharing, your videos make me want to see more of the Phlippines!
you're storytelling has come a long way kumander..... kudos to you for letting us see our country through your storylelling... ride safe always....
You can trust a motorbike like that, it's really made for rough roads, we call it "motocross ride" good for you, man!
