I love everything.. the food, the juices, the smoothies.. exercise time for mom, the learning time with the dolls, play food and toy puzzles. Liam helping make the smoothie and the juice. Exercise time in the pool, and Chelsea when she comes home and talks about her day. You’re always the best at everything you do. You’re the best mom. I'm not a vegan nor am I plant-based, but I watch your channel every once in awhile because you're the only vegan youtube channel that pays close attention to you & your babies' nutritional needs, and you pay attention to the nutritional value of each food item. You don't feed your kids packaged vegan foods which is really harmful as you know. I've been watching since Chelsea was just an infant!!!😀😀😀😀😀😀Keep it up!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Hie dear i just want to say im soo grateful to get an opportunity to to meet you on this platform, uv inspired me more than you can imagine iv managed to change my lifestyle entirely may God continue to inspire you you to touch more lives like you did mine, u know having grown up under extreme poverty and emotional abuse it was so painful but i always had a vision of how i wanted to live my life the day I watched yr first video years ago was so touched and iv been following u ever since its as if God sent you to revive me thank you the impact uv done through you tube is overwhelming.. Im a mother of 3 now 6 yrs, 4yrs and 1 yrs even im not there yet were i want my life to be i feel motivated, inspired to live my life and let go of the pains of the past, thanks a lot dear... When I was pregnant I was too scared to go swimming because I thought I would drown haha For some reason I had it in my head that the weight of my belly would make me sink. I was heavily pregnant during summer time and I was so over hot, but I would not swim. The things that our brain does to us lol Liam is so strong and so brave in the pool

Loved that you mentioned the importance of a vitamin C supplement. It's so crucial for your immune system. I was very consistent with supplementing with Vitamin C my entire pregnancy and while I breastfed and happy to report (Thank God) that we never got sick. Continuing to wish you a blessed and healthy pregnancy 🤎

I'm normally a processed food regular meat and dairy eater. I ate this way all through my first trimester, but then I got convinced to at least try to go more whole foods plant based. I'm eating more seeds, lentils, nuts, berries, and substitute with processed vegan products, and the gradual shift in my diet is already helping me a lot with my anxiety and energy. Within a week, I could notice a change. I might keep doing this
Question? Did you get any stretch I noticed women that were vegan while pregnant I seen lil to no stretch marks on their journey.
