    공장도 깨끗하고 일하시는 분들도 모두 위생복 차림으로 청결하고 보기 좋네요. 마음 놓고 먹을 수있는 먹거리 입니다.

    심해에 사는 대왕오징어는 사람보다 수배 크다
    우리가 말하는 칠레산 오징어는 흄볼트 오징어다.

    루머에 진미채 무슨락스에
    담궈서 표백해서 나온다 고 해서 깨끗이 씻어서
    반찬햇는데
    알고보니 위생적으로 하는구나
    마음놓고 먹어도 돼겠어요
    그래두 일단 한번은 씻어서
    해야죠

    이젠 찢는것도 기계화 되었네 옛날에는 공장에서 무게 재서 가져다가 동네아주머니들이 일일이 수작업 하셨는데 말라서 중량 줄까봐 분무기로 물도 뿌리고 입로 찢는분도 계셨음ㅠㅠ 어려서 그걸봐서 진미채는 절대 안사먹고 살았는데

    마지막 포장할때 비닐 밀봉 안하고 근냥 대충 덮고 상자 포장하는데 밀봉 안해도 되는건가?;;

    오징어가 왜 흰색으로?

      아시겠지만 껍질을 벗겨 흰색 오징어 입니다. 한국 사람은 흰색 오징어를 좋아한다고 예전에 들었습니다. 그리고 오징어 껍질은 소화하기 어렵고 경직되어 있어 직접 섭취하기는 어렵다고 하네요.
      7년 전 뉴스기사 입니다. 오징어 표백제(과산화수소) 전 진미채 하면 아직도 기억이 나네요.

    그렇게 크지 않네요~
    우리나라 마른오징어 생각하면 굉장히 싸게 먹는 셈이죠.
    너무 비싸서 저는 국산 마른오징어는 사먹지 못해요.
    반드시 먹어야 하는 식재료는 아니니까요

    홈볼트 오징어 처음에 잡을때는 사람키만 했는데 이제 새끼까지 다 잡아대는구나.
    홈볼트도 오래 못가겠네.
