K-POP doesn't suck, the community that tries to make it toxic do. Most groups are even friends! Yet fans can't go one day without creating unnecessary "fan-wars". For example I'm a huge BLINK (BLACKPINK's fanbase), you said TWICE is the biggest group and technically it's true! I think that we mustn't forget that each group brought something new and unique to the K-POP genre and hating on each other is just a waste of energy, I mean why spread so much negativity when you could be jamming to these insane songs!! The girls that sang in this, from (G)I-DLE are insanely talented, their entire group is.
Im sorry but this is what can cause a fanwar bc how are you a blink saying twice is bigger than bp? The recording academy, rolling stone, billboard and many others have even mentioned that title is blackpink’s.
@cece6652 You read my comment wrong. In no way did I say that TWICE is better than BLACKPINK. I meant with that statement that they weren't completely wrong because TWICE is one of the biggest groups out there. They only know that they're popular, they probably won't care who's got the most views and other details us fans know. I also wanted to underline that not all K-POP fans will jump at your throat for being wrong. Personally, BLACKPINK will always be my ultimate group. The girls have a special place in my heart. So yeah! There is no need for fan wars and comparisons if you can enjoy everyone's work! Hope you get what I mean.
@@dazzle3b73 Twice is the third biggest K-Pop group, not the first or second (First being BTS and second being BlackPink) this is factual information that literally everyone knows. Saying Twice is bigger/more well-known then BTS and Blackpink is factually and statically wrong lol
@@BEOMIEPRINCESS Oops my bad. In all honesty, you said that it is an information that everyone knows but I have never kept in mind what group is at what rank and place. It never influenced my interest and will never. I have a mental box of "ultra famous kpop groups" category and that's where Twice is. My comment stated "technically" because it was a simple approximation, I definitely did not mean it as a fact. But all in all, thank you for correcting me ^-^
Actually the majority of kpop songs suck, most of them is just to fill up the albums, there is good stuff, but that is the minority, and if you know hundreds of albums of all kind of genres you would get this for sure.
@@diegomaciel... do u even know how profound the meaning of "ok" is. One "OK" speaks billions of sentences, no one has as mush profoundness as rammus one "ok" and have u heard yay, humm, alright.
You basically said you need to either like it or you are wrong... You can not get the hype for K-Pop and it still be good to others but not you. K-pop is highly overrated because it's just over-sexualized for young people.
@@IrishBiteGirl I only said that because of they said bts is overrated but they don’t know anything about them. I’m only a fan of bts, I was just defending them not K-pop in general.
@@IrishBiteGirl Girl leave it’s no overly sexualised by young people at all. The reason they stated it is because they said they hated K-pop at the beginning which is the reason they don’t like it because they’ve only listened to BTS which is only one band. Stfu
I think a lot of people underestimate how big LoL is in Korea. Over 10% of the total population at some point had a registered account for LoL. In comparison for Eastern Europe and Western Europe it's around 1.2-1.4% for North America its less than 1%. Imagine if 12% of Korea's population plays LoL what percentage of people around 15-25 play. Riot was already experimenting with music for LoL and was very well received. It might seem random to some that they tried something like this but the reality is that they were making similar things earlier with Pentakill (a virtual metal band) and single tracks like Get Jinxed. KDA Popstars was the perfect release in every sense. It came at a time when Kpop Girl Groups were a massive phenomenon around the globe with groups like Blackpink and Twice but it was also a completely new and refreshing concept for the people that actively listened to Kpop at the time.
6:20 that's kaisa, not akali also, i was gonna be laughing and losing it with hman for saying the wrong thing again, but they acknowledge that he's been wrong before, so at least it's all good on their end lol.
As a fan of bts and ruffsenpai, it hurts. You can’t judge bts without listening to their songs, I couldn’t care less about people hating on bts without knowing them.
@@viridian8786 of course bruh, they literally have 50+ millions of fans of course they gon be protective, big communities = toxic people and it’s only the younger one since majority of us are 25+
I think the drama and hate around Seraphine (the long ponytail hair girl) is because when she was released, most people thought she didn't really belong to the LoL universe, cause she didn't have a cohesive lore and because of her aesthetics. It was like she was created just because of KDA, for promoting it and stuff. Also, in league there's a skin type called Ultimate skin, which is the most expensive type of skin and only 4 (i think) characters out of ~160 had it, and Seraphine's first skin upon release was an Ultimate skin themed around KDA. I, personally, like her. I think that although her style doesn't fit with the rest of the characters, that makes sense because she is a popstar in the lore. In real life, popstars usually wear weird stuff in shows also that you wouldn't see a "normal" person wearing.
There was also the fact that at her launch in her lore she could hear the voices of Skarners people suffering in the Hextech Crystals she uses and she just kept using them. She could “hear the music of people’s souls” , but as an interesting side effect she can communicate with the Brackern souls inside hextech crystals. If you didn’t know, hextech crystals are powered by the souls of Skarner’s almost extinct race of the Brackern. So Seraphine could talk to her crystal and hear them. The lore originally implied that she could hear their suffering but instead of doing literally anything to help out the Brackern souls, she just fucking shoves it into a hovercraft and consumes its soul essence so she can float above the ground and play music. So in the original lore she came off as not very good.
@@tofuku210 it's actually weirder than that. She could hear them, but they apparently were not suffering. They would say mostly positive stuff about the champ wielding them if I remember right. Legends of Runeterra did Seraphine and her interactions justice, especially with hearing the two humans on Varus.
It wasn't exactly that she was a popstar on canon lore tho, like, that's good if you want but... Why would I want to play with a zero influence on the bigger picture? (Like, if you remove her from the lore, nothing would change) also, her idea of bringing together two regions that were actively hating each other (one with all the right to do so) was... Sing them... Like... Why? Xd her lore wasn't good and she didn't fit on Piltover aesthetic wether she was a pop star or no (Imagine Dragons on Arcane looked all right cuz they made them fit onto the aesthetic of Zaun)
Pentakill isn't riot first band. They are fan group. Riot allowed them to use the characters etc but they did it with no funding for the first ablum. Afterwards I believe they got a contract with Riot games.
Drum Go Dum was Kai'sa's song. Bailey is the dancer, I believe she's also part of the choreo for Popstars. I think I remember hearing at some time that the original idea was that Riot wanted to animate Kai'sa doing the dance to Bailey's performance but they changed their mind, so that's why they're just flashing her face on the video. They decided that Bailey's dancing was cool enough. Also, she was 16 when she performed that. She just turned 18 this year.
@@LoisoPondohva I loved it because I knew Bailey dancing before K/DA performance. From what I've heared they didn't have enough time anymore for this music video so they did it with a performer.
First video is the Lead Singer Ahri's solo video showing her progress from struggling pop idol to teaming up Evelyn and the other girls in KDA. Second is Kai'sa's solo video, she is the lead dancer and coordinator. So they had an amazing dancer show off her skills. Third is Evelyn's, she's the co-leader and lead singer. She dates famous guys that have a tendency to disappear. Leaning into her demon lore from league. My personal favorite and I will totally end up on a t-shirt willingly for her if she was real. 4th is a lyric video 5th is second video with the whole group with Seraphine featuring. It's unknown if she's canon as a new member. And she was hated also for here lore and fans thought she was just a ill thought up money grab. Last the debut. Members: Ahri, co-lead singer Evelyn, co-lead singer Akali, the Rapper Kai'sa, lead dancer
KDA had a couple of augmented reality performances on the worlds' stage. The league metal band, pentakill, though not as popular, had 3 albums and last year had an hour long virtual motion capture concert. If that's your cup of tea I would highly recommend it.
@@sortastupid even if it was a joke, imagine people having a different opinion than yours, especially on the internet))) people are delusional nowadays. Love your reactions, you keep at it
Imagine looking at a band and saying "how much porn is there of K/DA" yeah. That's like me saying to another person from the 90s "did you know there's porn of Garfield as a big breasted anthro?" yeah...but to say that watching KDA....is disrespectful to me.
It lowkey hurts watching them not pay attention because they are distracting each other and then getting things wrong as a result. I don't even follow League so I gotta wonder how the hardcore fans feel lol
RIOT makes the music, Fortiche (France) makes the animation (for most), Two Koreans kpop singers are involved in several of the songs (Soyeon and Miyeon from (G)I-DLE).
They performed Pop stars live, but I don't know if they did any other performances together Edit: And to answer your last question: BTS stands for Bangtan Sonyeondan, which translates into Bulletproof Boy-scouts. It is supposed to be a symbol for blocking criticism and stereotypes aimed at younger generations like bullets, which is honestly so wholesome.
So from G idle ( the kpop girl group) two girls are on Kda the rapper one her name is Soeyon and the fox girl is voiced from Miyeon. And the other song with Twice (a 9 member kpop girl group) on that song basically all of them sang there.
Seraphim was mainly hated for having an ultimate skin and being similar sona with their abilities. Honestly she’s fun to play as. Riot has been able to update her lore and seems like a lot of other people aren’t up to date about her
They hated her for her teaser "twitter" and how her design overall just doesn't fit into anything league has made (Base skin) Now runeterra has an AMAZING seraphine base skin which should be apart of the main game and replace the original design as it fits into the universe so much better and maybe people would hate her less
@@Sera666 yup I saw the update and it makes sense. That should’ve been her original splash skin and the one she has now should be named pop star seraphine. Riot rushed her too much.
So an additional factor in the views thing is that the first 3 videos you watched were apart of the individual K/DA ep that was specifically just music by itself. All of the other songs(including The Baddest which was the announcement vid for the ep) came out as either pseudo or actual songs to promote the LoL World Championships, and as such got more views naturally as people were gearing up for the finals.
Its actually crazy, as a league player myself i have never met any player who wouldn't remember a champions name, couldn't tell a champion from their frame/avatar/skin and a player who is so consistent on getting everything story and non story related stuff wrong. I don't remember the last time i actually hated hearing someone open their mouth. I believe he's a nice guy, but everytime he opens his mouth my brain exits. Truly a remarkable human being.
An interesting fact about the creation of KDA is that they were created by the same team responsible for Arcane. The series was facing serious post-production problems so the team created the KDA group and the POPSTARS music video to keep the Fortiche studio open and prevent the studio from having financial problems. They didn't expect that KDA would be so successful and that the Skins line would sell so much.
Evelyn is a Demon succubus that kills for lust, Ahri is a Ninetailed fox seductress, Akali is a Ninja assassin, and Kaisa is a void markswoman then seraphine is the new one which is a musical superstar that is a support
" I think it's Akali " WHAT!? 🤣 It's KAI'SA Lmaoo Cmonnnnn mannnnnn. And as another has mentioned, the person dancing is Bailey Sok. The song is basically Kai'sa's dance song. Because in the KDA lore/universe, she loves to dance/is a dancer. BUT Akali is her best friend, or some may argue lover( Kai'sa's lover ).
Also, Idk if anyone else mentioned it. But they USED TO have a " How it's made " type video/videos. Whenever a champion was being released or about too, they would release about a 5-6min video showing the process of them drawing the champions digitally. You might be able to find the videos somewhere on TH-cam
Not H man confusing Kai'sa and Akali. Drum Go Dum was Kai'sa's video. The reception to that one was not as good as the previous ones because it wasn't animated and everyone was pretty much waiting to see what they would do with Kai'sa after Villain. And some people were let down that it was "just" a dance video.
Not to be mean but I think you guys would understand things better if you watch them in the correct order and if you bother to read and listen. I feel like Ahri's song was pretty simple to get. Plus you thought Evelyn's video was about Ahri, which could be because you didn't watch things in the correct order but you also had to have ignore the name of the song. You also didn't seem to notice that they aren't all music videos, some are lyric videos or concept videos.
They got progressive less views due to some factors: 1. The last vídeos are the characters' solo. 2. TH-cam views are lower everywhere, even pop artist, the only excepcions are probably Blackpink, BTS and some viral kpop mv. 3. Popstars and More are more appeciated songs in general followed by Villain and Baddest
Fun Fact: The music video for Pop/Stars was produced by Fortiche, the same animation company behind Arcane. It was a gig to keep the company going while the fate of Arcane was still unclear with the Riot head honchos.
Interesting fact about Kda popstars the last song with most views, that was made by fortiche (the one responsiblefor Arcane) during an issue in production of arcane too keep the animators employed. It was revealed in the arcane documentary
Yeah they actually performed for Worlds Final. It was in 2017 / 2019 and True Damage for 2018. Y'all should definitely check it out, hope you can post it too
On drum go dum: the song was made to represent kaisa, and in the kda lore kaisa is the bands coreographer/dancer, wich is why they chose a real life dancer to represent it instead of an animation. I personally like that choice.
The first 4 videos where suppose to be a single for each member with their own animated video but covid happen and they didn't had time to complete them so they used what they have to make what you saw :D
"I'll Show You" is Ahri's song (Nine Tail Fox) and I believe the story behind it is the public were questioning if KDA were just a One hit wonder. On Drum go Dum (Kai'Sa's song) it features the street dancer Bailey Sok for the main visuals. She's an amazing dancer and there's loads of her material on YT. Villain is Evelynn's song (she's a succubus). The last three songs were all four characters Ahri, Kai'Sa, Akali and Evelynn but "More" featured Seraphine. For the 2018 Championships KDA and the singers who voiced them appeared on stage together.
Making fun of other music taste is not wise. People have different music of taste. It is like if I said you all are ugly, even it is true but it not wise. You can said you don't like some music genre, some singer, but you can not making fun of it.
K/DA's POP/STARS was animated by the same company hired to animate Arcane. Your fun fact of the day lol And of course POP/STARS was a viral hit, ending up at the top of the charts in most popular kpop songs that year. It started as just a song to promote the skin line they were releasing. Little did they know they'd create their most popular music to date. Edit: And yes, (G)I-DLE actually was a new kpop group the year that song released and were quickly rising in popularity so Riot clearly saw the potential there LOL The four original girls in the group are Soyeon (Akali) and Miyeon (Ahri) from I-DLE, Madison Beer (Evelynn), and Jaira Burns (Kai'sa). They were all brought back for the single "MORE" when they did K/DA's comeback (With Lexi who was featured as Seraphine). Then released the mini album that had individual character songs featuring some of the same artists but a lot of new ones as well.
The initial purpose of KDA was to promote LoL in a catchy way for the korean audience the year the Worlds were hosted by Korea. It's mostly a marketing idea. But it sold a lot of skins, and immediatly became it's own thing.
how does hman do it tho. i thought its memes at first but he actually manages to get things wrong every video... sometimes very very big things. its impressive honestly xD love your reactions guys
the problem with seraphine's social media is that it's EXCESSIVE how much she poses as a human. her instagram is full of real life pictures with her face edited onto whoever was originally in the photos and her twitter is talking about her (nonexistent) struggle with mental health, how far she's come from making music in her bedroom, etc. and it's WEIRD. there's a bunch of actual gameplay/lore reasons that people dislike her for as well but i'm not a league player so i don't know much, i just remember going through her socials when MORE first came out and seeing her cartoon self posing right next to a real ass cat 😭
I used to like watching you guys... Just a question though. Because I wonder, before badmouthing bts, have you actually watched anything of theirs? I looked on your channel and didn't see a single thing. Watch your mouth before you put your foot it in, yeah?
The videography of K/DA songs in general, are top notch but what really blew my mind is that in "Popstars" the for the entire vid, the camera shots were pulling out the entire time without making it feel weird.
Basically KDA is a skin line of LOL which they made it into a Kpop group, The members are the 5 female champion of LOL which is KAISA,AKALI,AHRI, EVELYNN AND SERAPHINE. and Now KDA is also available in their new game WILDRIFT which is the mobile version of LOL
i believe that the studio behind Arcane (aka Fortiche) were also the ones who animated the POP/STARS video as well! i had just found that out recently through watching the Arcane documentary that Riot put out a few days ago lol ^^;
So kda have live performances for the league tournaments and I suggest you check out their first live performance cause it shows how big kda is and how sick the League is
The reason for the laundry bit is because the girl, ahri, has a skin in fame called popular, It was her solo debut popular outfit, and it's making reference too that skin, hence the hat and outfit in the basket
As for behind the scenes and 'making of' content.. G-Idle have a few videos of their part in making it, the riot ones are more formed around the behind the scenes of the live stages I think they have a full behind the scenes of pop/stars Edit: Pop/Stars live stage - Worlds 2018, true damage in 2019, KDA live again in 2020 (with only Seraphines voice actor present due to covid restrictions).. And pentakill in 2017
So incase you haven't been told since this video, the last video you watched kda popstars was animated by fortiche which is the same studio that animated Arcane! Which was a sad/happy accident. I feel like so many of us held the same belief as you in this video which was Riot just knew the formula and was throwing so much money around it was guaranteed success! But after the behind the scenes documentary of arcane we learned the only reason we got this music video was because Arcane was going so poorly in production that they needed a project to give to fortiche to keep them going while they fixed the problems with Arcanes script.
Nani No Anime reacting to BTS when ? It would be fascinating to see that. You guys could be surprised actually, there are really talented Artists in that industry.
So, I was going over your videos, and noticed you guys didn't watch the live performance of K/DA. At the 2018 League of Legends Grand tournament; the 4 singers who made up K/DA, came together on stage. This performance was to not only introduce the band, but announce the skins for the 4 characters. It was a mix of live and AR tech; that was amazing to watch. You guys really should check it out. 😊
no offence but I think you guys talk too much while watching the videos, which is why you loose focus and miss some very important moments of any video. It'll be good if you guys pause the video or audio if you guys wanna talk/discuss anything this'll help Ig😅 thanks
No offense taken. Our videos aren’t for everyone and that’s okay. Thanks for your feedback but we have no intention on changing how we handle all of our videos We talk & discuss, if we miss stuff then we miss stuff. It happens
Ok so KDA is originally four or five people I forget but I’m some songs there’s different people it might be more not sure but they do have live performances and a dance video for the song more, I recommend watching the worlds 2018 opening and watch worlds 2021 cause it’s so dope
something you need to know. riot has 3 types of videos (you could say 4 but 2 of them are pretty much the same). there are cinematic or lore videos. there are skin videos and there are world songs videos. k/da is the skin type. i hope i dont have to explain what a skin is. now many of these videos have music no matter the type. riot IS a world wide brand/company so they dont just make one type, it is why you also see different type of art for them cause they use many different companies from all over the world. hell the languages they have uesd are english, koren, spanish, mandarin and danish. they have 3 bands, pentakill rock/metal band. they have k/da their kpop band and true damage their hip hop band. this is why riot is so smart, you dont like this song well try this one. if you go into a deeper dive you will see this and if you start doing worlds openings one find out all the songs before hand and watch them, then watch the whole opening. some reactors only do a song from it and it just doesnt hit as much. just a tip and sorry for making you read this book.
TBSkyen made 3 videos and Nickyboi made one video about why Seraphine was disliked if any of you are interested to know more. The good news is that they're finally actually going to improve her in Legends Of Runeterra.
As other mentioned I don't think there's a lot of behind the scene for Kda but there is one video called "Dev doodles" where they discuss the production of pop stars (including that they made it kpop because the tournament was in Korea)
Well... Hman did got one thing right, and that was the copyright on riot xs But anyway, there was a dev post around KDA that explained why they exists (first, Arcane was bad at that time, nobody at riot liked the script, so they had to do something to keep the animators working on something, and they talked to the music team on riot, and the eSports team too, 2018 was the world cup on Korea, and some rioters liked k-pop and was thinking of making a k-pop song, so riot approved the animation for that, and KDA was born, so basically, it did was a passion project from rioters) The hate on Seraphine wasn't about her Instagram and twitter account, that actually was hyping her up A LOT, everyone loved her in that kda universe story she has, but when she was officially released on League, her canon version was... Just bad, no cohesive nor empathy lore, and all started saying that riot make Seraphine just to promote kda, cuz was partially right, they made the kda version, and around that they built up the canon version that was simply bad. KDA does has an Instagram, they had interviews and shorts talking to the fans (also, the single videos are concepts, so technically on the near future should be a better vid around) they did perform live, during the Worlds 2018 finals, the actual singers and the 3D characters on a stadium (if you want, i recommend seeing all the worlds finals opening ceremony, since 2014? To 2022 that is going to ve on November 5) aaannnd.... Yeah, i think that's it about the doubts you guys had
Yeah, it's really odd that he claimed people hated her release because of her twitter account. It was actually cool. The controversy comes from her extremely weak justification for existing in-game, and the fact that it seemed like China pressured Riot Games into making her Chinese in order to distract from the issues in Hong Kong. It wouldn't be a big deal, but China was throwing their weight around in the gaming industry a lot around this time, and people were starting to hate it.
Alright so in defense of Hman here, he corrected himself on calling Kai'Sa Akali, which is fair and not an issue (he even said "I think" after making the claim, which is the thing to do when you're not totally sure) and the Seraphene hate thing I can also forgive here because there were a plethora of different and diverse reasons she was hated on release, so he may have only heard about one or two and mentioned what he remembered. Here's a list of the reasons I know about. As Hman said, her social media marketing on release was not taken well, especially since that made her feel like not a champion at all and more of a marketing ploy. She got a very exclusive type of skin on release, an ultimate skin. There are only a handful total in the game, and the next one they release is for a brand new champion that no one has connection to or history with? It was a poor move. Her kit (ability set) is intensely reminiscent of another similarity themed classic character, Sona. A lot of people believe Seraphene should have just been a Sona rework, and that she stole that from Sona. This is a bit more niche of a reason, but I have seen it around. In her lore, she's apparently a powerful empath, she is in tune with the emotions of others and is heavily impacted by them. But. Her equipment is made of hextech crystals. Fun fact, hextech crystals are originally mined from the corpses of another champion's people (Skarner is the champion, Brackern is the race) and those crystals house the forever purgatory thoughts and woes of his kind, and using them is extremely inhumane. If she was actually an empath, she would feel these trapped souls crying out every moment the last amount of life energy is used, just to power her speakers. She's either extremely sadistic, isn't actually an empath, or they just didn't care enough about lore continuity when making their most marketable character. Spoilers, it's probably the last one, and that's what makes people mad. Some people just don't like her design, or find her annoying in a popstar zoomer kind of way. Some people just hate playing against her, and LoL players are known to take their hate a bit far. Oh and of course, she was marketed a lot, like, probably more than any other character, maybe ever. This grated a lot of people's nerves, who wound up hating her before she even came out. Those are all the reasons I can remember off the top of my head. In the end, it's really a big mix of things that different people hated, that culminated in a majority of players hating her. I don't hate her, but I don't like her either. The only thing that got to me personally was the Skarner bit, because I like Skarner a lot, and he's so sad because of what the people of Runeterra are doing with the bodies of his family. "I miss my kind."
I think the songs with only one of the kda stars have so much less views because those songs were released as an album and many people didn't catch that.
Villain character evelyn is demon, ahri is nine tails, drum goes dum is kaisa music video, baddest is akali music, more is their all video and seraphine is basicly celestial humanoid
they are skins for the characters they are portraing in the videos , thats the whole point behind it , and made a music video for it , it got so popular that 2 years later they made a part 2 , with more songs too. they only performed once live at 2018 worlds championship
And continuing to talk over the video when they can easily pause it. No offense to these guys, but I'd rather watch a reaction channel creator who actually provides some thoughts or insights on their videos. Preferably an expert on the subject portrayed in a music video, movie scene, etc.
even in a video where hes not expected to know anything, hman still gets it wrong

I'm just impressed how hman manage to get something wrong consistently all the time
It's wild how KDA has more lore than Shaco, Chogath, Gragas, and Corki combined.
But that is still less text than Aphelios' kit.

6:20 that's kaisa, not akali

Yea people only hate her because they just made her to sell skins, everything about her is out of place, her design, her abilities, her lore.
@@valmiro4164 I mean now with legends of runeterra she's defenitly much better
Riot's fist band was Pentakill (metal), there is a video of their 3rd album , 1 hour long , it is awesome
I would call it digital concert instead of just video ;) It's amazing
Yeah but they don't know. I thought that saying video would be more simple
Pentakill isn't riot first band. They are fan group. Riot allowed them to use the characters etc but they did it with no funding for the first ablum. Afterwards I believe they got a contract with Riot games.
@@voidxfox5890 Weren't they RIOT employess? I always read that they were working in RIOT.
Well, judging by the reception, they judged wrong.
4th is a lyric video
5th is second video with the whole group with Seraphine featuring. It's unknown if she's canon as a new member. And she was hated also for here lore and fans thought she was just a ill thought up money grab.
Last the debut.
Members:
Ahri, co-lead singer
Evelyn, co-lead singer
Akali, the Rapper
Kai'sa, lead dancer
The lyric video is Akali's video. But it features the other members.
KDA had a couple of augmented reality performances on the worlds' stage.
The league metal band, pentakill, though not as popular, had 3 albums and last year had an hour long virtual motion capture concert. If that's your cup of tea I would highly recommend it.

It lowkey hurts watching them not pay attention because they are distracting each other and then getting things wrong as a result. I don't even follow League so I gotta wonder how the hardcore fans feel lol
Funny how they all shut up and went silent watching MORE🤣 You know they're looking at something they like🤣
RIOT makes the music, Fortiche (France) makes the animation (for most), Two Koreans kpop singers are involved in several of the songs (Soyeon and Miyeon from (G)I-DLE).
Soyeon and Miyeon of kpop idol group (G)I-dle are in the Kda group as well. And they slayy
They performed Pop stars live, but I don't know if they did any other performances together
Edit: And to answer your last question: BTS stands for Bangtan Sonyeondan, which translates into Bulletproof Boy-scouts. It is supposed to be a symbol for blocking criticism and stereotypes aimed at younger generations like bullets, which is honestly so wholesome.
Do they perform live?
Someone needs to show them the Worlds openings.
Riot rushed her too much.
lets be damn honest here the kits arent similar at all, the only thing that could possibly be similar is the w but both function very differently
She actually doesn't being similar to Sona at all. Her kit is the most similar to *Neeko*
@@linhttm58 Got the Neeko root, Semi similar sona ult, heal in a circle kinda like sona which is what I mean and what people complain about
So an additional factor in the views thing is that the first 3 videos you watched were apart of the individual K/DA ep that was specifically just music by itself.
I literally mentioned that one was a lyrics video.
@BoomSentai yep I totally get that! Some of my comments are directed at specific people, I saw you called it out for the others.
They only react to this videos because people request it not because they want to I don't think they even care to dig in it 😅
They got progressive less views due to some factors: 1.
Y'all should definitely check it out, hope you can post it too
“Kda is a mix of liek 15 ppl” 😂 the amount of wrong information said in every 10 seconds in this is kinda insane.
Finally! Been waiting for this
On drum go dum: the song was made to represent kaisa, and in the kda lore kaisa is the bands coreographer/dancer, wich is why they chose a real life dancer to represent it instead of an animation. I personally like that choice.
The first 4 videos where suppose to be a single for each member with their own animated video but covid happen and they didn't had time to complete them so they used what they have to make what you saw :D
korean singers are korean lmao akali is GIDLE's jeon soyeon and ahri is GIDLE's miyeon
When this video was release Bailey Sok was 16 years old and she is the dancer not singer and this is kai'sa's song
BTS has become the standard for music groups.
Korean* groups
cant wait for these guys to react to league music videos
K/DA's POP/STARS was animated by the same company hired to animate Arcane. Your fun fact of the day lol
And of course POP/STARS was a viral hit, ending up at the top of the charts in most popular kpop songs that year.
The outrage for Seraphine was that they included a champion to league without any lore or any background related to the world of runeterra
Hman got the classic neckbeard brain
Ahri’s a fox, the flashing pictures were Kai’sa, Evelynn is basically a succubus
the official members are just 4 but they included more artists in each single.
the problem with seraphine's social media is that it's EXCESSIVE how much she poses as a human. her instagram is full of real life pictures with her face edited onto whoever was originally in the photos and her twitter is talking about her (nonexistent) struggle with mental health, how far she's come from making music in her bedroom, etc. and it's WEIRD.
there's a bunch of actual gameplay/lore reasons that people dislike her for as well but i'm not a league player so i don't know much, i just remember going through her socials when MORE first came out and seeing her cartoon self posing right next to a real ass cat 😭
Hopefully you'll also react to the full opening ceremonies .
Lmao its actually funny how wrong Hman is about everything
I used to like watching you guys... Just a question though. Because I wonder, before badmouthing bts, have you actually watched anything of theirs? I looked on your channel and didn't see a single thing. Watch your mouth before you put your foot it in, yeah?
The videography of K/DA songs in general, are top notch but what really blew my mind is that in "Popstars" the for the entire vid, the camera shots were pulling out the entire time without making it feel weird.
He says "I don't know" but keeps talking like he does.
It would be nice if y'all weren't just constantly talking over everything with the audio of the song so low.
The debut is always the largest because they attach ingame skins to each new themed song, so KDA songs, KDA skins!
i believe that the studio behind Arcane (aka Fortiche) were also the ones who animated the POP/STARS video as well! i had just found that out recently through watching the Arcane documentary that Riot put out a few days ago lol ^^;
You should check the live performances for World's, most of the league songs are for the World's Finals Ceremony ;)
G-Idle have a few videos of their part in making it, the riot ones are more formed around the behind the scenes of the live stages
I think they have a full behind the scenes of pop/stars
Edit:
Pop/Stars live stage - Worlds 2018, true damage in 2019, KDA live again in 2020 (with only Seraphines voice actor present due to covid restrictions)..
They do have IRL concert of KDA in 2018. I love it so much. Please watch it.

KDA is probably modelled after THE BIGGEST KPOP GIRL GROUP - BLACKPINK. There's 4 of them in their group too~
You could also watch the worlds opening ceremonys. It think KDA ist performing live in one.
Yes they do perform live. Show them popstars live at worlds
Well... Hman did got one thing right, and that was the copyright on riot xs
But anyway, there was a dev post around KDA that explained why they exists (first, Arcane was bad at that time, nobody at riot liked the script, so they had to do something to keep the animators working on something, and they talked to the music team on riot, and the eSports team too, 2018 was the world cup on Korea, and some rioters liked k-pop and was thinking of making a k-pop song, so riot approved the animation for that, and KDA was born, so basically, it did was a passion project from rioters)
The hate on Seraphine wasn't about her Instagram and twitter account, that actually was hyping her up A LOT, everyone loved her in that kda universe story she has, but when she was officially released on League, her canon version was... Yeah, i think that's it about the doubts you guys had
th-cam.com/users/shortsuokNHOIaeZU?feature=share this is one of the shorts (idk if it's from the official account but the video it's official xd)
I think you're right about that don't judge about K-pop at all the characters names are Evelynn, Ahri, Akali, Kai'sa, Seraphine
KDA has gone on tour and done a lot of league ceremony openings with crazy cgi as well.
Pop Stars music video was made by the same animation studio that made Arcane and it was made to keep the studio busy while Arcane was put on hold.
Top left guy mange to talked through almost all the best parts. Again. How do you do it?
There are some live performances on riots youtube account. You just need to search for Worlds Oppening Ceremony
Wow nothing says reaction like jabbing in with useless comments that have nothing to do with what youre watching through the whole slow low song
And continuing to talk over the video when they can easily pause it. No offense to these guys, but I'd rather watch a reaction channel creator who actually provides some thoughts or insights on their videos. Preferably an expert on the subject portrayed in a music video, movie scene, etc.
What cannot be argued that everything Riot does is TOP
