Villain was instantly likable for me, but the other two took a few replays to actually start liking. It's really interesting how Riot is able to make songs that might not seem great at first, but after a few listens they get better and better.

Maybe it's just bc i dont play the games but I don't understand. The instrumental is bright, but not nearly bubblegum pop, more 90s western pop. Ahri WANTED the lyrics to be happy and upbeat, but as she said, they didn't turn out that way. They turned out to be about Ahri being determined to prove herself and break out of the box she felt trapped in. That exactly follows the lore that was set up. I don't get what's disappointing about it.

POP/STARS and MORE, she sounds really mature while in this she sounds very bright and happy which doesn't fit to her personality in the other songs, while its true, that she wanted to break free from the limitations but the limitations were, that she was always so bubblegum, thats why shes trying to look mature and not so full of happiness and brightness,but don't even get me started on ahris lore, where she seduces men to steal their life essence only to turn human, which isn't very bright and happy at all

Ok I've given this a lot of thought, just bear with me for a second.
Ahri's song has a double meaning. It shows 2 separate things. The song itself is about rising to any obstacle in front of you, never letting anything stop you or slow you down.
The video shows a completely different story. It shows the inner struggles that you almost never see on the outside. The anxiety, the depression, the pain, the loss of ones self for the sake of fame and recognition.
Not many songs or even whole genres can send such a powerful message so well, in my opinion. The ending, where Ahri stands in the middle of that flower as it opens is symbolic of breaking out into her own. Realizing that she can be herself and STILL be successful. That she is a QUEEN.
Those are my thoughts.

The true is Almost K/DA's songs is not K-POP, it actually is POP but Ahri's song "I'LL SHOW YOU" is K-POP, it have fully K-POP style and if u know Korean u'll know that this song is seriusly show us the strong-persona of Ahri!

Kinda sad that Ahri got a mediocre song. I see what they were trying to do with hers, but the execution was off. They could've done a happy but mature song. But ended up sounding candy. On the other hand, happy that we Deevas got the song that gave us all shivers.
Arhi's song isn't really happy though. Its very melancholy and about feeling trapped by expectations and trying desperately to to fight against them.
