Don't buy these off of Amazon. Oreck will not warranty it if you do because people are selling used/defective/returns as new. You should never buy anything expensive through amazon because they have a massive problem with fraud and forgeries. Always buy direct from the manufacturer or from a local store if you can.

Have you used it to sand hardwood floors?
Not yet, but I intend to give that a try in the future as I have some hardwood floors that need to be refinished.
