Lina Hashem is a mental health therapist who’s practiced at Hashem Clinic in Jeddah since 2005. At only 16, she attended the University of Miami and studied Psychology. Her pediatrician father and experience working at a Florida juvenile detention center influenced her to pursue a career helping people. Lina herself has battled anxiety and regularly attends therapy. Most people have a critical voice inside their head; Lina helps clients name the voice and quiet it. In this episode, she shares advice on raising children, stories from her years as a therapist, and some of her own personal fears and triumphs.

@Lina, just one word: You're amazing, I know it's three words lol.
I listened to the episode when I honestly needed to, I was walking and my tears were falling for many reasons in life. Your advice to the world is the best advice, and I will do my best to share it with other people in my life. By the way, your voice is so beautiful :)
