Many thanks and happy gaming.
Fantastic video, lol. i bought 2 copies of venetica 1 year ago for £3-4 each on eBay and just traded one yesterday at cex, but my second copy had no manual. Thank god you didn't order that one 😂
Many thanks. Yeah, I have been pretty lucky with CEX recently, especially in getting manuals. I miss last year's 360 prices! 😅
I’m so jealous you all have CEX stores over yonder. GameStop used to be much better, or it could be just me. I’ve settled on using the Xbox 360 and PC as the portals for my gaming. GameStop has few used games in store these days and zero computer games.
I think we all like to moan a little about CEX from time to time but for the most part it is decent. From what I've seen, I'd hate to be stuck with GameStop and risking disk only stuff. Most of my PC stuff I get on Steam through sites like Fanatical usually, I do try not to spend too much on digital though as I love having physical copies where possible. Thank you so much for the support and happy gaming 😁
Brilliant game that venetica. I was always a big fan of the 360 era western action RPGs. Other ones being Bound by Flame. The cursed crusade. Of orcs and men. Two worlds. Two word's 2. Risen 1 2 and 3. Divinity 2 the dragon night saga. Arcania gothic 4. Just to name a few.
My next question to narrow it down. Is it developed by a Japanese studio.
Yeah, I really need to get back to Venetica, it's been a few days now. Have some of the games you mentioned, but most are on my backlog. It always scares me starting new RPGs because of the time needed to properly appreciate them. I start way too many games without finishing them!
Another great question, thanks again 😃
@@soupofpantsgaming oh I know what you mean. I certainly don't want to juggle a bunch of RPGs. Oh the never ending backlog. Beat one game and two more come along. Lol.
@@nomadlonestar8004 I dread to think how long my backlog would actually take to complete, but I've come to terms with the fact I'll likely never get to everything 😅
how do you do a cex roulette?
A CEX roulette is just when you order online from CEX (webuy.com) As all their stock is secondhand you're never really sure what's going to turn up, as in the condition, whether it's complete or not etc. A win is when you're happy with what they sent and intend to keep it, a lose is when you're not happy with it and intend to take/send it back to them for a refund/replacement.
Some channels call it a fail if it doesn't have a manual, but I tend to accept games without, so long as the disk and sleeve are in decent condition. My most recent fail was when they sent me a game with a reprinted cover!
Thank you for watching and happy gaming 😃
@@soupofpantsgaming Oh right I see. aye I've bought a few games of cex online.
I thought you might more that you get sent a random game from Cex.
I think that would be a cool idea actually.
When I was a kid, I just played whatever I got as a gift at Xmas and loved it.
@@KrisVickers-wn6dd That would be pretty cool to be able to order a totally random game, not sure I'm brave enough for that though. I had my partner buy me some random games a couple of weeks back but made sure she'd checked we didn't have them first!
Yeah, pretty much the same when I was a kid, remember it feeling so great when I was old enough to go into town as there was a cool market stall where I could trade my old games for other games. Awesome memories 😁
@@soupofpantsgaming that's it mate. cheap fun hobby, brings back the simpler days.
I got 3 games there last Saturday for £4.
@@KrisVickers-wn6dd That's awesome, there are still a ton of cheap amazing games out there 😃
