    I love that idea for the high-protein buffalo sauce! Going to remember that when I want buffalo chicken dip during football season!

      Oh that’s such a good idea!! Many creamy dips would be so delish with Greek yogurt! Now I want to go tailgating !! 😂

    *Just a tip you can shred the chicken in a mixer a hand one or the big one(Stand mixer)😊*

      I've been meaning to try this with my hand mixer! Do you find it's easy to do? I'll try it next time!

      It's so much faster ... it can get a little messy but I just use a towel to cover and it goes by in a flash! Love using my mixer to shred chicken❤

    Is okay to heat up that chicken meal when there is yogurt and mayo in it?
    Thanks for meal ideas.

      Thank you for the comment and question! 🤗 I prefer eating it cold but you can definitely eat it warm if you prefer that! I would think about it like a "chicken melt" or a "tuna melt" sandwich if warmed!

    Hi, Can you substitute white flour for almond flour or another kind?

      @@Swangels3 thanks so much for your comment and question! You could definitely substitute with another type of flour! I’ve never used almond flour for this but if you try it out please let me know 💕🤗

    Do you keep these in the freezer, and then bring them put the ones you want in the fridge the night before? 😊

    • @lovelybylisa
      @lovelybylisa  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Thanks for the comment and great question! I usually keep days 4 and 5 in the freezer until I’m ready to warm them in the microwave! I think removing them the night before would work, too! 🤗

    I don't understand - you're in the health and fitness industry but you're overweight a bit. How can this be?

    • @lovelybylisa

      Hey, I don’t know if this was your intention but commenting this is very rude and I don’t ask for or accept unsolicited opinions about my body. It sounds like you might have been led to believe that “healthy” bodies are small bodies but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Small doesn’t automatically equal healthy and large bodies don’t automatically equal unhealthy. Healthy is really more about what your body can do than just how it looks.
