- Aggretsuko or Aggressive Retsuko (Japanese: アグレッシブ烈子 Hepburn: Aguresshibu Retsuko) is a Japanese anime franchise based on the eponymous character created by "Yeti" for the mascot company Sanrio. The character first appeared in a series of animated shorts by Fanworks which aired on TBS Television between April 2016 and March 2018. An original net animation series launched worldwide on Netflix in April 2018.
As a kid I could relate to Hello Kitty. Now I relate to Aggretsuko as an adult!🤘😂

You are right though that its used mostly in female names, so more than "person" it would become "girl" or "person of female gender".
This is almost every nice person on the planet. I may seem courteous, well mannered, and somewhat shy. But deep down, I have rage moments like this. Minus the metal. Like, if a person is talking on and on and I want no part of the conversation: "Why are you still talking!? Please stop talking to me! I just want to sit here and continue my research!".
