I love your Hatha practices: slow, gentle, and I don’t feel I need to have the flexibility of pretzel to derive benefit. I enjoy the 20-min ones while watching the sun rise but would love a few 30-minute ones, too. Thank you.

Loved this flow a lot! I feel so open and calm after doing this. The only thing is I feel like this is more of a vinyasa flow rather than a hatha? Different than what I expected when I started the class but I think it was what I needed today :)
